Delivered on time and in good condition. Excellent product

My washer did not turn up instead a dryer was loaded onto the van... I phoned Littlewoods customer service and was told oh they will send a rebook link by Tuesday.. I'm still waiting and it's Wednesday pretty bad to say I paid for next day delivery and for installation and disposal which was supposed to arrive Saturday....

I paid for next day delivery and the item didn't arrive when it should have it arrived 5 days later very disappointed

Product was fine - delivery person rang the bell but did not respond when I answered. Apparently he spoke very little English.

My mother has had an account with Littlewoods for years and I went on to check the price of a certain computer, which is listed as on sale at £1540. I checked the same computer on Littlewoods sister site - Very - and found it is also on sale, but at £1199 + 10% back = £1090.

I searched that Littlewoods site for an email address to email Customer Support, or an online advisor. They don't have either available and telephone calls have long waiting times. That catalogue is still operating on a 20th century business model. Useless customer support and overpriced items. I will shop elsewhere.

Easy to order online. Updated from purchase to delivery

I bought a Hoover HG4 Robot Vacuum from Littlewoods Ireland in March 2025 which has proven to be completely unfit for purpose. The machine had issues docking from day one and has now (16 months later) suffered a total navigation system breakdown, leaving it spinning in circles. When trying to get this repaired or replaced, the customer support response has been to pass the buck, leaving me stranded with a broken machine. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, retailers are legally responsible for providing durable goods and organizing remedies for faulty products. Extremely poor post-purchase support for expensive smart home tech.

I ordered two duvet sets for my sons birthday and I paid 5.99 extra for these to be delivered on the 1st of September in time for my sons birthday on the 2nd I expected for my parcel to arrive promptly and on time given I paid extra for it to be delivered when I wanted it to but I only received the package in the afternoon of the 2nd. I'm very disappointed in the service other than that the duvet sets are fine.

the rep that took my order did not talk very good English but was very helpful and gave me all the help he could. I did not mind about that but it cost of call iybtook 25 min of my time .

Always find what I'm looking for and even if I don't like my order when it arrives, returns are so easy.
