Would not advise anyone to buy off this company . A bought a hoover thr pole snapped off with wires hanging out . I rang both Littlewoods and the manufacturer . They advised to send it back to where I purchased as faulty. They then returned it back to me saying parts were missing. The only thing that was missing was the box. This happened twice. The third time I rang they said the charger was missing . Absolute joke . My mother is elderly and I made sure everything we had was in the package. They are an absolute joke . They were no help at all. Absolute shocking. Do not buy from them .

Really happy always have what I need when I need it just wish they did size xs in the joules dog coat that I ordered but it is still nice but I had to order a size Small other than that everything is fine 🙂

Littlewoods always notifies regarding an order delivery, this is brilliant because I can plan around the delivery, and can arrange to be there. I am always pleased with my orders, the items are excellent quality and competitively priced. It’s good as well, if a return is necessary, the items are excellent can be picked up from my home, which is excellent for me, being disabled. Thank you.

Received the lawnmower within days. Not the easiest to assemble (for me at least) but does a fantastic job. The power washer was directed to the wrong area by Royal Mail so only received two days ago. It did arrive intact and in working order. Obiously, Littlewoods was not at fault.

I’m unable to collect order from collection point (post office) because of name complications. Order needed to be returned, I have to reorder then send back with the right name.

customer service is poor , you very rarely get your queries resolved and they overcharge
