I ordered three dresses from this company two of which arrived within a couple of days. There is no sign of the other one. I contacted the company and was told on 15 March they would look into it and respond within 24 hours, however I have heard nothing more from them and my emails are not being delivered. Dispute now raised with paypal
My advice is steer clear of this company

Good quality and great service
I ordered 3 dresses to see if I would like any of them to wear at a family wedding. Very pleased with the quality and prompt delivery. I chose one to keep which is a perfect fit and very well made. I'm delighted with it. I posted back the other two dresses via Royal Mail one week ago and have the refund in my account already. Good communication by email too. Lovely dresses and great service.

Awful experience with LBD - ordered dresses worth £1600 which I returned to them due to poor quality and some sizes not fitting. Called several times and was told I should wait coz refunds are processed by individual brands and lady also said she would look into it and get back to me - NEVER heard back!!!! Tried to call several times after initial contact to no avail. Sent emails which were ignored - received some of my refund but not all of it; I lost about £400-600. I would NEVER recommend doing any sort of business with them they are crooks and scammers!!!! When I was having trouble getting my refund I came and read reviews on here and on FB and my heart sank - soooo many bad reviews; i wish I had come here before placing such a big order but their website looks so professional and convincing - don’t be fooled. Do not - I REPEAT - do not order from them - customer service is appalling snd you will be lucky to get a refund!!!!

Regai, on further research with records from the old company, we can see this is about an order from October 2019? Unfortunately, the former company, The Black Dress Company(UK) Ltd went into administration due to Covid-19 last May. UK law dictates all debt goes through an administrator which is Cowgills, Chorley New Road, Bolton. Please contact them for legal advice.
However, please note Little Black Dress has been bought by new owners. We are shipping, refunding and operating as business as usual.
We will flag any future Trust Pilot reviews from yourself as legally harmful .

Shocking Customer Service
The customer service here is shocking! I spent hundreds of pounds on bridesmaid dresses, when they arrived 1 was missing even though I was charged for them all. I received a reply to my query on the 11th January but since then no further correspondence despite several email chases. The phone number provided for them is always out of service so now I am left it a difficult situation with no help or solution! i appreciate that they are probably working with minimal staff levels due to the pandemic but this is not acceptable

Amanda, we apologise for the time delay. Looking at this order we can see that a size 18 has not been shipped and we have been in touch with the designer. These dresses are individually made to order and are not from a fast fashion warehouse. We do say that Saint A designs can take over 10 days to allow make up and distribution across the UK. During COVID restrictions, delays are being experienced.

like several others i returned a dress March 2020. i have contacted regarding refund many times and given the COVID excuse. this is "stealing" customers money. disgusting customer services "non existent". even with proof of postage from royal mail that they have received package. only site i have had this trouble with. They should hang their heads in shame. nothing more than theft!!! and needs to be exposed.

I’d look for another website.
I have tried calling, although no one seems to be available despite am calling during their specified working hours. I have emailed and no response from anyone. I just want to know where my order is as I have placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago! I understand all companies are running behind communication is key at these times, and I have received nothing.
If you can’t send my order then let me know, as I need a refund. If I don’t hear anything back from the LBD, am assuming this just a scam, and I’d have to take it with my bank. It’s ridiculous this lack of communication yet the company still has time to promote and edit their website for the black friday deals.
UPDATE: LBD replied asking me to send my order details. I did using their contact us email found on their website. Whilst that is my 4th email to them, it makes make question where my other enquiries have floated off to.

Little Lies is the coolest company I’ve found in a long time. If you’re into rock/boho/70s vibes they have something for you, along with some amazing jewellery and accessories. Please contact me with an update on my order
I ordered two pairs of jeans two weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive them. I have tried calling, no reply, I have sent emails, no reply. Will my goods ever be dispatched? I needed them for tomorrow so if they are not going to arrive please cancel my order and refund my money.
I understand Little Black dress stopped trading in may and was rescued and restarted trading, but if people don’t receive their goods what is the point you might just as well cease trading completely and stop cheating customers
