Ordered fab dress for my daughter green with silver diamanté bows...its fabulous she got lots of comments.. just Ordered another one today.outstanding dresses...quick delivery...only thing I find if you're uk 14 go uk 16....watch the size chart....I have no photo at present...I adore goddiva.5 out of 5

Delivery, returns and refunds are all very slow. Having paid for delivery I was also charged to return my item and despite returning this 2 weeks ago, I have not yet been refunded. Whilst the clothing is of good quality, albeit a little overpriced, it is the slow processes above that would stop me from ordering again.

Outstanding customer service. Very helpful and friendly. Replied within minutes. I made a huge mistake and sent two dressers back, one of which didn’t belong to them! They kept my dress safe until I got the correct postal label. They then re dispatched to the correct company and provided me with the tracking number. The dress that I ordered from them was beautiful, well made but I had ordered several dresses and chose a different dress. My refund was prompt. Fantastic company.

I ordered 2 dresses and when I received the confirmation email I realised that my address was incomplete. I contacted customer service, who answered my email quickly. They were incredibly helpful and responded quickly.

Used to really like Goddiva and found the customer service good. There has obviously been a change in who deals with customer service as recent exchanges have changed my opinion of Goddiva as a company. Same as others on here I don't feel you should have to pay for returns. I bought an item that had so much extra material and gaping it would have been indecent to wear yet I got charged to return.

Thanks for your response but as my review states it is not just to do with the charges for returns but customer service as a whole. I was already aware of the information you put as a generic response to your reviews.

Beautiful dresses 😍.
After noticing my own error. I initially panic as I couldn’t cancel the order on the website. However after contacting them via WhatsApp they were very speedy, and helpful in solving my issue. Amazing customer service!

Ordered a dress for an event, unfortunately was too short for me ( I’m 6ft) the dress was gorgeous, I wish I was a little shorter!
The website wasn’t allowing me to return as the order number wasn’t recognised, used the WhatsApp option and all sorted with in minutes and returns QR se t to my email! Great service

I cannot recommend Goddiva highly enough! Right from the very start, the team has been fantastic. I had trouble finding the dress I wanted on the website, and they responded so quickly to help me — sending over a direct link so I could order it without any hassle. I loved that first dress so much I ordered a second one!

When the second dress arrived and I later found there was an issue with it, the team were absolutely wonderful. They were so understanding, flexible, and went above and beyond to help sort everything out for me — even though it wasn’t the usual straightforward situation. They kept me updated every step of the way, replied promptly, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free.

It really means so much when a company is this kind and accommodating. Beautiful dresses, lovely quality, and a customer service team that genuinely cares — you just don’t always find that these days! I’ll definitely be ordering more colours soon. Makes you pay for returns! Trying on was a nightmare due to the number of tags over everything. The garment was not well made and the zip did not work very well. When I went to return the item they charged me! Not only are you charged delivery you are charged seperately for the return! DO NOT ORDER

The dresses were beautiful…such a choice of styles and beautifully made…I actually ordered a few to gain a choice of different styles and sizes as it was hard to pick!..I sadly missed the return date (due to being on holiday) but the customer service team were amazing sorting this out for me..I can’t wait to wear my chosen dress to my work ball!

Great service from start to finish. I ordered two dresses which were beautiful but unfortunately they where too big and the lenght was too long. They kindly offer to provide an alteration service to take the hem up at no extra charge. Customer Serice offered free return postage on both occasions. I would highly recommend this company for future purchases.

Amazing service from start to finish ordered a few dresses for an up coming wedding all of them beautiful which makes it hard to choose. Unfortunately one was faulty on arrival but I used the whatsapp chat function which was answered immediately and issue sorted and refunded with in minutes.
