Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a size Medium skirt from Linennaive, according to their size guide. When it arrived it had no size label, but was obviously much too large (by 3-4 inches). It took many messages with customer service to prove/convince them I had received the wrong size. They kept trying to tell me it was correct or that I should accept a 15% reimbursement to have it altered. (This would not cover alteration fees - I checked.) They finally gave me return instructions and said they would reimburse my shipping. However, they told me to label the package as a value of $36 and keep a tracking number. Maybe this is possible in the UK or US? It is not possible with Canada Post. To get a tracking number, your pkg is labeled as insured for $100. I wrote Customer Service to ask for further instruction, but they have never replied.

Very very poor customer won’t send a coat I ordered keep making up excuses first saying the coat was available to ship right away I paid a extra 50usd for the coat as it was a exchange they kept me waiting around four weeks kept making up excuses after excuse lies and lies then changed the story saying the coat wasn’t available it needs size adjustment then when o
Asked to change to another coat said they shipped it then never responded to my emails for a week then said it was a error and no coat was shipped they keep changing there story they refuse to refund me and haven’t sent the coat I paid 269 usd for I doubt they will ever send it or refund me I wouldn’t trust them again very poor bad customer service they make you wait weeks and weeks and don’t respond to emails won’t be shopping here again and will raise dispute with bank LN58606

We ordered the wrong coat from them

We ordered the wrong coat from them, but they worked really hard to be responsive to get the exchange for the actual coat we wanted. Yeah, there’s some strange shenanigans you might have to go through for shipping and exchanges, but the coat we got was awesome and it fit perfectly. No weird chemical smells, the quality of the wool was nice, no defects.

Poor Quality Product

My wife had an expensive dress from here and within minutes of putting it on it was splashed with tap water - instantly it was ruined with the colour running and now part of the green dress is white.

To add insult to injury, we were offered only a £10 voucher in case we choose to buy another one

It is normal for tie-dyed fabrics to fade slightly during the first wash, especially for darker fabrics that have been dyed using vegetable dyes. You can soak it in salt water for a while and avoid using hot water. I purchased a dress called PHOENIX 24.

I do not own any other 100% linen products, so I do not know if the quality of this store's products is good or bad.
Other reviews indicate that the fabric may be thinner than other companies' products. However, some reviews say that it is of high quality. It seems that the impression of the product varies from person to person.
We did not find much difference between the product image and the actual product. If you look closely at the sample photos, you can see that some products are a little transparent. Light-colored products and products with soft textures seem to be especially easy to see through. From this, we determined that they are made of the same fabric for the swatches and the actual products. There would be no lie there.
I purchased the “PHOENIX 24” dress DarkOrchid. Not only the products from this store, but the dark shades have the advantage of not looking cheap.

It is transparent when held up to the light with only one piece of fabric, but the inner lining does not show through while wearing. The lack of lining was not a problem either.
The sizing was also not an issue for me. The dress I purchased has an adjustable waist by tightening the ties in the back.
The sewing looks a little messy in some areas. I don't really mind a little bit as long as it doesn't affect the durability.

The item may take some time to ship, depending on availability. The XS size I ordered was in stock and shipped immediately. Since I live in Japan, it only took about a week to arrive.
They seem to be a small atelier with a small staff producing their products.
There is a photo on Etsy that looks like their atelier.

It is difficult for me to judge about the balance between price and quality. Even if there are some drawbacks, I like it more than not. Even if there was a possibility that the fabric might be thinner than the other company's product, it would not be a suitable comparison because the other company's product costs twice as much. This store's products are longer and use more fabric. They also offer free shipping to many countries. Taking all these factors into consideration, I did not feel that I was disadvantaged by my purchase.
Above all, the design is very nice. There are many colors available. There are austere colors that are not used in other stores. I think that is very attractive.
At least I really like the dress I purchased and am very happy with it. I would wear it again and again.

If you are interested in this brand's products but are uncertain about buying them, we recommend that you choose clothes in dark or deep shades. Also, if you choose a type of garment whose size can be adjusted by squeezing the strings, you will be able to adjust it to your body shape to some extent. It is also a good idea to inquire with the staff beforehand about sizes. I gave them information including my height, etc., and consulted with them about my size. At this time, they also told me the length of the garment.

Avoid buying from this shop!!

I ordered one of their dresses, and it arrived damaged on the front. I reached out to customer service to organize a return, but their return process is really suspicious.

They tell you not to write the business name on the return, but rather someone's personal name. They make you value the item at $36 (the actual value of the dress is $155) or they won't accept it. They only accept returns with a tracking number from USPS, but sending it that way would have costed $60 because USPS requires you to pay priority shipping to get a tracking number for international shipping.

They offered to give me a 15% discount but it hasn't shown up in my bank account.

Don't trust them!!

Beware

Beware! I ordered one of their dresses at almost £200. It’s came after about 3 weeks but it’s cheap fabric and made in China. The cut is terrible with the sleeves being too tight for the size I ordered. You have to pay to return it to China with no guarantee you will be refunded.

Dress are so beautiful and well made.
I had to wait for mine bit longer because they didn't had it in stock, and had to be made, size exactly as on website.
My advice for people who wants to buy from linennaive:
You have to be patient, patient, patient. You pay good money for it so you will receive high quality products.
I've read these comments and almost all negative are about waiting and shipping. Which is ridiculous, people should start reading rules.
I ordered twice ones was arrived after 2 weeks for other I waited for a month, but it's worth it, very nice customer service Tracey ❤️
Big recommendations, I'm sure I will back for more.

Exceptionally beautiful cloak

The olive cloak I purchased is exceptionally beautiful. There is weight to the fabric and it is beautifully lined. I will be wearing it for my wedding day and I couldn’t be happier.

Measurements wrong, lacking in customer service

Measurements are completely wrong and item ended up being twice the size as stated despite deliberately measuring myself before hand. Had to ask several times before they'd give the return address then told me it was actually coming from China.... if I'd have known that I'd have not ordered in the first place.
Offered me a 15% refund a few weeks ago as returning it would be too expensive as the skirt wasnt cheap and i got told if the sizing wasn't right this time they wouldn't accept it again (didnt fill me with hope seeings as the measurements were wrong in the first place, so I can't exactly trust them now)
I still haven't recieved this refund and hasn't even been processed yet. I get the feeling they're hoping ill forget. Awful experience and now left with a very expensive skirt I now have to pay to get altared somewhere else. Will not be ordering from them again. Lesson learnt.

The refund takes patience

Received 3 dresses but didn't like the quality and style so I sent them back (£90 from the UK, non-refundable). It took lots of patience, back and forth and 1 month and a half to get the refund.

Somewhat disappointed

Recently bought a coat from them. It’s ok, but not worth the price tag in my opinion. The buttons are becoming loose after only a month of wearing it, and the fabric isn’t particularly high quality. The shipping was fine to the UK, about as quick as I expected from China, about 2 weeks. Overall fine, but you might do better elsewhere.

I fall in love for my teal "My fair…

I fall in love for my teal "My fair lady" coat as soon as I saw it. I have a little fear about the fit but L is perfect for me (I'm 160 cm tall).
I feel as an Irish elf or fairy in fairytale.
It's very good product for a good price.
My mother, who was a seamstress, thought it was a fine coat.
It was very easy to get in touch with them, and they were very willing to propose a replacement when they realized that the delivery time would be longer than expected. I'll buy again from Linennaive.

SCAM

My husband ordered two items from this company for Christmas gifts. The items supposedly went out in different shipments, but neither were ever delivered. The company claims he wrote down the wrong address, but he did not. They've given him the run-around claiming it was USPS's fault, saying they tried to deliver it. Clearly, USPS never received it. They refuse refund the orders. USPS knows nothing about it. It's a scam. Do NOT order from them.

Scam

Please guys don't fall for false advertising with "English" looking models. Company is from China, very bad shipping service... I ordered a Wool coat 300$ and I waited a month to be shipped and in the end it has not been delivered to me.
I hope I get refund now.
From me no star and please people don't do it, it's not safe, it's not worth it!
