The quilt cover didn’t come with…
The quilt cover didn’t come with matching pillowcases as they always do . Ordered what I thought were spare matching the underside of the cover as I usually do so unless I spend more I don’t have a complete set. Most disappointing. Got in touch with customer support but have had no response

Efficient service, disappointing product
Delivery very efficient. We are fnding the sheets disappointing. Do not fit well. Told they were made to allow for shrinkage, but still not a neat fit after a few washings. All around elastic not good enough to help the fit. Look sloppy. Sheets at 400 thread count cotton come out of wash stiff as a board and very difficult to iron. We should have been warned in our conversation. We payed for a custom size and good fabric for our needs but feel we got neither. We have not raised this with the provider as it was probably too late once we 'd used them.

Easy ordering process and speedy delivery.
I use the jersey stretch fitted sheets for our under sheet. They are easy care and long wear. I can recommend them as there’s no ironing needed. The sheets just stretch to the mattress. Brilliant!

I always buy my bed sheets from Linen Cupboard. I’ve just bought the new linen bamboo sheets which are really soft & cool to sleep on and don’t need ironing. I also bought the summer duvet which is perfect in extreme heat. Fantastic next day delivery as well. Would recommend.

Size not accurate and cotton very stiff
I bought a 160cm x 200cm fitted sheet for deep mattress but l have to pull so hard to fit it. I went to France and bought another 160x200 fitted sheet and fits perfectly… so clearly your sizes are not accurate and l found the cotton very stiff.

We do have our Cotton Sheets made fractionally oversized to allow for the first washes. If the width and depth dimensions of your mattress are the same as on our website there should not be an issue. I am wondering if the depth of the sheet may not be deep enough. Also with the sheet being a rectangle, sometimes it can be that the sheet needs rotating on the mattress. Perfect weight duvet - especially during heatwave …
During the current heatwave we were looking for a light-weight duvet made of natural fibres. The Linen Cupboard 100% cotton 1.2 tog duvet is an absolutely perfect weight (whereas using just a sheet is too thin). We have always had excellent service from Linen Cupboard and all items have arrived promptly after ordering.

Oversized pillowcases
I’ve purchased the oversized jersey melange pillowcases twice now from Linen Cupboard. They are the perfect size for my pillows. The pillow isn’t all bunched up inside anymore which makes the pillow feel hard to lie on, like with previous standard ones. I had searched around for larger pillowcases on other websites but only could find king size which are definitely not the right size for a standard pillow. These oversized jersey melange pillowcases slip on perfectly and are so soft and excellent quality. I’m so happy I found Linen Cupboard. I will only be purchasing from them in future 😊

A complete waste of £180
I knew I was in trouble as soon as the courier handed me my Luxury Giza Cotton double duvet cover and fitted sheet in a weightless parcel the size of a hardback book.
The cover closes with 5 buttonholes but only 4 buttons which are not concealed. So for £180 you look at a broken line of buttons or turn it over and wake up with a button stuck between your toes.
Didn't feel nice to sleep on so after 3 nights currently in the wash headed for the airing cupboard.
Selena, I tried to phone you but (during normal office hours) your phone went straight to email.
