Black Friday disappointment

Ordered slippers for £19 (instead of 79) in Black Friday
and 7 days later told they were out of stock so they are offering a refund

Can’t see how this can happen with modern IT systems? Must’ve slipp(er)ed up somewhere

Very disappointed as is my daughter
who was really looking forward to receiving them So now it’s Black Tuesday

I would have thought that a gesture of good will was in order but no luck ☹️

Don't Get Hooked by Linea Azzurro's Cashmere at Appealing Prices!

I must warn everyone about Linea Azzurro's cashmere jumpers—what looks like a steal is really just poor quality in disguise. I initially fell for their snug fit and tempting prices, buying seven jumpers across two shopping trips. My first couple of jumpers quickly wore out, developing holes at the elbows and underarms, which I wrongly attributed to heavy use. Hoping for better durability, I bought five more, each in a different color, thinking rotating them would make a difference. Unfortunately, they all suffered the same fate, deteriorating just as quickly regardless of how sparingly they were worn.
When I reached out to their customer service, hoping for a resolution or even an acknowledgment, I was completely ignored. This lack of response was as disappointing as the product quality itself.
So here’s the honest truth: ignore those perpetual 'sale' signs. The jumpers don't hold up, and their customer service is virtually non-existent. It’s better to spend your money on quality products from brands that value customer satisfaction. Linea Azzurro's offerings are not worth even the discounted prices—better to steer clear and choose a trusted brand instead.
