Prior to stumbling across the boutique on the Kings rd I have never bought or sold Reloved. The experience made me feel differently about my designer purchases that never saw the light of day. I was buying impulsively and hoarding ! Not any more, I have resold some beautiful bags for somebody else to enjoy and treasure and I am continuing to edit my wardrobe of clothes and shoes. The team at Reloved are amazing such a personal friendly but professional service. I am kept up to date with sales and offers on a regular basis and cannot recommend them highly enough, especially if you are a first time buyer or seller. They only resell the best quality items and the pricing is always competitive and unlike many resellers if you change your mind you can return any item purchased.

Saw the product on instagram stories, I asked for some more details and within minutes I had a personalised video. Paid for my (gorgeous) new bag yesterday, arrived by guaranteed post today.

Honestly couldn’t recommend highly enough. I’ve used many competitors but somewhere along the way they don’t get it right. Reloved Again just “gets it”. Makes the entire process seamless, easy and a joy. Sarah and team and amazing !

Really lovely website and this is my first point of call for any luxury items as I trust their expertise and the videos they provide to show the items.
I have also enquired about sourcing a couple of items and the ladies always come back to me in a timely manner to assist.

There were many negative reviews of Reloved again up to last year, however they managed to get them removed claiming trust pilot guidelines were broken.
My own personal review was also removed.

I have always had a fantastic, warm and friendly experience with Reloved. There are many places doing a similar thing, but they go out of their way to give you a personal and helpful service. They also really get things sold and at a good price. Can’t recommend highly enough!
