I bought watch on Limango website. Despite providing right adress, they provided the delivery post with missing adress. Then my package got lost and I applied for investigation. For more than a week, they could not find my package nor they refunded me. Limango is only interested in getting money. After that, they do not give you a heed.

Ordered here several times and every time there were problems with returns. Most common problem was that goods arrived back to the warehouse and noone bothered to register the return and process the refund. Last time I waited for 3 weeks, then I wrote support myself. They found my parcel and returned money. After that I deleted the app for good!

Super experience!

I waited more than 2 weeks for one order and I eventually cancelled it as I no longer require it with the delay. Limango is also extremely slow on refunds. On 21sr Apr, I returned 5 clothes as they were too big. On 23rd Apr the status changed to “ Rücksendung aufgegeben”. I sent an email twice to ask them what this meant and only had 1 standard reply that did not answer my question. Till today, no refund came in. I dont recommend buying from them as the customer service is really bad.

delivery is fast, product is all good

For the second time, I ordered clothes for my children the 6 February and I payed. Today (3 March) they write me that they only sent 4 pieces (out of 11) and refund me the money.
I woke up early to order the clothes of that label and as I ordered them, they were on stock.
I just didn't buy other clothes since I was sure to have the dresses I needed, they took the money too.
You can't sell products you don't have!

Always on time, all god quality, can only recommend.

They sell brand clothes with 60% discount but they put the things extra expensive so that you think you are buying with 60% discount when you are not. You are actually buying with 20 or 25% discount. Example from Toby Tiger they say the original price of a dress is 51€, when it's actually around 34€. On the brand website it's with discount and way cheaper than in Limango!

A good deal of a quality product and fast delivery to Austria.

Customer service is not replying on details and giving a standard answers without resolving an issue. Incorrect amount refounded after a remind.
Two same items costs 42,49 each, so total is 84,98, after that I received a Gutschein, and the paid back on my account 15 Euro, one ihrem was teturned as the zip was not working and I asked to send a new one, instead I have received 19,99 Euro in my account back...so I have not received a substitution, and at the end for one remaining ihrem I was charged 84,98-15-19,99 euro=49,99 ( instead of 42,49). On all my emails (5 so far) in only getting standard answers.

After a dozens of orders and items successfully delivered I have just realized I didnt show any other form of appreciation than being a loyal customer. Therefore allow me to thank you for the shopping ride. Wish you all the best!

They deliver ok products, however I noticed last week's that they are doing fake price gouging of the real price (for example putting price of garden sofa 1300Euros), then write that price on sale is 450, when in reality you can find that sofa on other pages for 350 not on sale. I found one more example with creams. This is definitely not the way to earn customer trust.

One can find good deals every now and then. Other sites also offer similar deals but Limango is more efficient. Often Amazon offers similar prices (if not the same or lower).

Their dispatch generally works well. Sometimes shipping can be inexplicably extended (despite coming from within Germany).

Overall a good experience for small ticket items.
