Chris quickly reviewed my Windows settings, then moved on to thoroughly checking my desktop IT equipment set up, getting me to explain the dock and cable connections. He was able to troubleshoot the issue very quickly once he knew exactly what devices were connected to one another. He fixed the problem, explained what the root cause was and how to prevent it from recurring. Going the extra mile, he showed me how to change my notification sounds and find available WAV files should I want to use them. He also checked my audio settings and ensured that my Bluetooth headset still worked ok after making the changes. His manner was positive, friendly and courteous throughout the call.

Oliver visited our school this morning and installed all our new telephones. He did a fantastic job and was very helpful in answering any questions. Many thanks!

Although losing our internet connection was not great the service Lily provided to get us back up and running again was. Our customer support, Benny, went to great lengths to resolve the problem and dealt with the issue most effectively.

Ricardo Correa was the technician that fixed a corrupt file on my system that was stopping me accessing any of the apps on my laptop that I need to do my job. He worked as quickly as he could and solved the problem. Thank you :)
