Prompt service and unbelievably fast shipping!

I ordered on Wednesday at 10pm, received my order at 1230pm the following day. My package came a lot sooner than expected as I was eligible for free standard delivery (2-8 business days), however it took only 14 hours to leave their warehouse and arrive to my desired location. Amazing! Will definitely be back to shop at Lilabeauty.

They also provided a free sample which was a nice little surprise.

Everything is carefully packaged in bubblewrap to ensure that your skincare products travel well in transit.

I was a bit unsure about Lila Beauty initially as they aren't as popular as other Asian beauty product distributors but I was impressed. Shipping was fast and all products came as described plus 2 sample sachets. Prices seem to be competitive and I will be making more orders in the future. Hopefully they expand their inventory!

Good selection of items and speedy service once order was placed. Deducted 1 star as I left a note for delivery instructions that didn't make it to the courier company and thus had to input myself. Also as always more samples would've been appreciated given the $60 spent.

Very fast delivery, original products according to the description. I actually placed an order on Saturday and on Sunday products were already prepared for delivery! They also chose a really good company to deliver their product so there were no problems with shipping. Definitely, they deserve 5 stars.
