Great selection of korean & japanese beauty products for australia which I really appreciate, especially without the inflated prices some other stores or ebay sellers list for thankfully. I will continue to purchase from Lila Beauty for these reasons.

Really impressed
Have ordered twice on this site. Both orders arrived within a week or two, no issues. They carry a lot of hard to find products at affordable rates (even cheaper than iherb). Highly recommended.

I am sorry to hear that there were issues with this delivery and that the box may have unfortunately sustained some damage in transit which could have caused it to open. This is a very rare occurrence as we also tape all the sides of the box down to ensure that it stays closed. Unfortunately though it has occurred in this instance.

Good experience
Great products at good price but most of the items are sold out. They should be stocked in. As well as many other korean skincare sellers add multiple samples of great korean brands in customer orders whereas lila beauty only put one small sample though my order was a big one. Lila beauty should increase number of samples.

Website is easy to navigate through, more options of payment earns it a five star already. Shipping time was so quick wish I could give this rating ten stars. Everything about it is excellent. Only thing is I would like to see spf being carried through by this website in the future. This became my number one online store to shop at!
