Even though I didn't realize til after…

Even though I didn't realize til after I ordered that they were being shipped from out of the country, they still made it in plenty of time for our dive trip overseas. Thanks for the great product, these were impossible to find locally in a major city and overpriced on many websites. will shop LIghtmalls again. thanks!!!!

I have yet to receive my battery that I ordered on July 18. Your website states: "Once we confirm your payment and finish processing your order, your items will be immediately packaged and shipped to your destination." I would not use those words as it doesn't seem like it was immediately packaged and shipped..

Very informative and intuitive TRUST exam.

Very informative and intuitive. I even had my cousin take the TRUST exam before he bought a drone. And he found the exam very informative, knowing the rules and regulations will help him and myself to fly our drone safely. Keep at it with your informative videos to have more recreational pilots enjoy the hobby.

I precieve as a scam.

I precieve as a scam.
My parcel did not come even though I payed for fast shopping. 1.5 month later they stopped answering my emails after they kept going about a investigation who's fault it was that I didn't recieve my parcel instead of just making sure that I recieve the good I payed for.

I can only give a warning heads up

Ordered a bike light

Ordered a bike light, the on/off button fell of after a short firdt ride. Mailed with image as requested and chased. Finally I was asked to pay £10 postage for a new switch, when I refused to pay they suggested I send the light back at my expense. Terrible customer service and cheaply made products. Check other reviews, I'm not the only one who has the same opinion.

I received the product safe and sound

I received the product safe and sound. It took a couple of weeks but that was because I chose the inexpensive delivery option, by camel :). Bottom line, great products, high quality and remain pleasantly surprised. Best. T.P.

You pay for returns on defective products

Do not trust positive review. Possibly if all goes well you are lucky but if it doesn't you are in for a ride.
I bought a trailcam about 79CHF. It arrived and, yes didn't work. The photos were covered with either a block big square or lines, it didn't turn off when it should, it make tic toc noises. I contacted them.
They asked to send a video. I send a detailed video. They accused me of holding it wrong. I told them that no that was not possible. After about 3 emails they finally sent 2 files from the manufacturer that i had to copy to the root file of the micro SD card. It came with very limited explanations and a note saying repair it.
After solving this issue, the first few times we just put it in the garden to test it a bit. At first no problem so the next week we put it in the forest. After the first night we go to get it and we find that condensation has gotten into it. Not on it, actually inside it. I contact them again with photos. They ask how did the condensation get in. I mean, seriously! How do they think. I replied, by using it as a trailcam. Ok a bit more than that but still. I then asked for a refund. They said it could be repaired and i was to send the cam back to them. Now as you can imagine, from Italy this would cost a lot and knowing that in reality this could likely not be repaired, I was not prepared to pay out of pocket at least 28Euros to send it back. I told them this. They said I had to pay to resend even though the product is faulty. After about 6 emails just going round in circles i looked on their website. To my shock it is actually mentioned that even if the product is defective the customers is responsible for return costs. And there is no way they will refund without the return even if it is clear that the product is a write off. After having read another review on here i realized that even if i did decide to send it back there is no guaranty that i would see anything back. They did offer a discount on a future purchase but as i will never purchase anything from them again, it is useless to me. AVOID THIS COMPANY
