Everywhere I go in this pharmacy. I have a very bad experience. First of all most of the pharmacist are new New joiner second the seniors are very rude and arrogant. Not all most. The call center you can’t even hear them coz the bar ground sounds like they are in some market very disturbing. And some of them they think they own your life. Please the management have to do some inspections. I can’t give them name and location also.
Return window is 3 days regardless of any circumstances
I got to know that return window for online orders is 3 days, while I was travelling few days ago in such critical situation in which people can go to airport several times to find proper flight.
So, I was only able to submit my return request after reaching my destination in which the total number of days were 6 days.

Beware of life meds pharmacy i had ordered on 11/2/26 paid extra for next day delivery.
No response nothing recieved.I gave them till Wednesday 18th if I do not recieve my order I will take action for fraud and would not stop these reviews.
They take the name of God on there account to lure people which is lowest of the low.

They font know what customer service is. They only wanna sell you what they get commission on. They care about money. They seduce you with vouchers that you can even barely use. Online orders is the worst, as it takes too much time , more than what it says.you follow for your order, as if you work there! A loop!

Really disappointed with Life Pharmacy in Abu Dhabi.
I bought an item at Yas Mall and needed to exchange it the next day (unopened, with receipt, within their 7-day policy). Since I was leaving the country, I went to the closer Al Zeina branch.
They refused to help because the item “wasn’t in their system,” even though the receipt doesn’t say returns must be done at the original store. Customer service couldn’t resolve it either.
Very frustrating experience. For such a large company, I expected more flexibility and better service.

Worst delivery system I’ve seen in UAE. The app doesn’t update, they are extremely slow, the chat is useless, don’t answer phone calls. I purchased an item that they don’t even have available in any of its pharmacies and now I have no update on the cancellation.

Avoid, I recommend. I received the wrong medication. Since Life Pharmacy have not replied to 2 emails and one direct message through the website. Don't see me getting my money or my medication now. ... update since I emailed them yesterday. Emails to the address on their site have been returned as "undeliverable". No surprise really
Very poor customer service
Order for Visonace placed on 14th October. No sign of the order a week later so contacted them through their website and didn't receive even an acknowledgement. I emailed the following day with the same result. Today I have phoned twice and on both occasions the call went unanswered.
This is absolutely unacceptable customer service so I have initiated a charge back request on my credit card and will not be placing any further business with this company

I was in Dubai and had to buy protein so i went to life pharmacy store which was just next to my hotel they had different prices to what they offer online as online was much cheaper so i ordered two boxes of Dymatize iso 100 one chocolate one vanilla but unfortunately when i opened vanilla when i was back in my country it was really bad it had moisture which clearly ruined the powder very bad experience i heard loot about life pharmacy now i know why as the protein was total waste for me its awful in taste bitter moist 🤮

Today, when I visited Life Pharmacy, the staff informed me that the gift voucher scanner was not working. I then went to another life pharmacy and the exact same issue happened there as well. This was very disappointing and inconvenient, especially since I expected to use my voucher without any problems. Such technical issues need to be resolved quickly, otherwise the voucher feels useless.”

I have been a loyal costomer of your pharmacy this time for some personal reasons i couldn't come to your outlet for the medications so i ordered it online i have payed you guys 29 AED for Telfast 180mg Tablets and there was a estimated time of arrival of 105 minutes it was somthing i need urgently i waited and waited for so much time like your company has completely forgoten my order. i ordered it yesterday till now i haven't gotten it yet my faith in your company has completely drained this company is fake and scaming you services I will never ever deal with your pharmacy anymore
