Life Pharmacy Online Order - fail
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience ordering online from Life Pharmacy. I placed my order on Monday morning, 11/02, thinking it would be faster and more convenient than shopping in store. It’s now been a full week, and I still haven’t received any tracking details, updates, or communication about my order.
For a local delivery that should take 3–5 days, this delay is really frustrating. My order status is still sitting at the “payment received/initial stage,” with no progress or information from the team.
I expected much better service, especially from a large pharmacy chain. At the moment, I honestly feel annoyed and let down by how slow and unclear the process has been.
I hope Life Pharmacy can improve its communication and dispatch times for online customers.
