I love finding new brands
I love finding new brands, e.g. Rothys shoes. These fit really nicely. I had to contact customer services as I wanted to add a liberty carrier bag to my order. They were quick to respond, helpful and efficient and sent one straightaway on a separate order which was appreciated. I am also enjoying being part of the beauty drop programme now that I know I can redeem my vouchers on any goods in the store :-)

I had run out of Emily Belle fabric Crimson and was in a rush to buy a meter of the fabric to complete the quilt. To my surprise I was contacted within a couple of hours by Matthew who let me know that there was none of that colour left and offered an alternative pattern with a photo. I am so grateful that I got such a timely and helpful response - and I was only trying to bu one metre.
