Good bathtub for an excellent price, delivered within a week.

Super quick delivery and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't know much about bathrooms and needs a little help when choosing stuff.

We needed a 1900mm bath and this was the best price we found. Great service and friendly staff

There was enough information on the web site for me to make an informed decision and the product upon arrival confirmed that. I I need to speak to someone to clarify things, the option was there.
Product knowledge, good service, politeness are things that are sadly lacking in most of our high street stores.
The way in which my order was dealt with was spot on.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I'VE BEEN COMPELLED TO WRITE A REVIEW
Recently I ordered two shower doors from Liberty bathrooms, upon installing the first of these the shower door smashed whilst adding the handle.
I called Matt at Liberty Bathrooms with the 'suggestion' that this may have been caused by a defective handle (a rough edge had put pressure on the glass when being screwed on) or by a poorly drilled screw hole (causing pressure on the glass when screwing the handle on).
Matt said the matter needed to be referred and I would hear back shortly... I subsequently heard nothing for two days so I called again, only to be told the relevant member of staff was busy and would call back, again I heard nothing. 4 days later I called a third time... Matt referred me to Simon (Maybe the Manager - I hope not for the companies sake!). Simon informed me that I was in fact "Lying" and proceeded to give me a "physics lesson" stating if the door had been handled a dozen times coming over from China it was an "impossibilty" that it could break in the way I described, "physics wouldn't allow it!" I think Simon has an unfortunately poor grasp of physics, and needs to understand that touching stuff a lot of times doesn't in fact make it indestructible.
I had several minutes of pleasured conversation with this man, at one point he even suggested I was calling from work and threatened to call the company to tell them I was complaining on their time! Basically in a nutshell not only an extremely rude individual but also the provider of simply the worst customer service I have ever had or heard of.

In summary - They appear to get their products from third rate manufacturers abroad, don't quality check them before dispatching and then blame you for any defects you have the misfortune of discovering.

Place an order... roll the dice... You've been warned!

Ordered suite in October 2013. Arrived without warning.

Smashed vanity unit. Didn't send replacement until chased.

Toilet pan was faulty. They sent 4 more with all the same fault and wouldn't listen to my suggestions on how to resolve the issue.

Ended up buying the toilet pan from somewhere else and it was fine.

The shower screen hinge broke a week ago. I emailed the pic and as usual no response.

They have no idea what customer service is as they don't know how to communicate. They don't apologise for anything.

Hi I bought a shower cubicle from liberty bathrooms, was worried as buying unseen but I didn't have to worry at all.
When the shower cubicle arrived, firstly it arrived in excellent time as promised, the packaging was really strong, protecting and efficient especially with the glass panels and the stone base.. the items inside wrapped for the transported protection, and when I opened it I really felt that the items were far more superior than the photos depict.

I'm really glad I went to liberty bathrooms.

excellent products a complete bathroom which cost less than the wall finishings would use again if you have a tight budget this finished bathroom fitted has all the hallmarks of a £3000 bathroom

Purchased slipper bath following a bad encounter with bathrooms2buy, their service was good and all questions answered, had small issue on delivery, which was delt with quick and efficientty

Taps are better than expected and make the bathroom look first class
