Was very helpful. He did the gas check and then helped us understand our new central heating thermostat.

Liberty group is confusing me: 23/09 - appointment, then cancel it, 24/09 - appointment, engineer came and inspected, no any issues. 26/09- appointment, 30/09- appointment, 06/10 - appointment. What is going?

Arranged a time for contractor to call for a morning appointment having taken time off work, no contractor called as arranged,I phoned to be told that he is running late as he had to attend another job and may not be able to call the same day, I would have expected a courtesy call to say that this was the case but no, they would have me waiting in all day, I arranged a further appointment with them for the following week and explained it would have to be a morning appointment due to work commitments, I was treated with ‘you’ll have to get someone else to let the contractor in if your not going to be in’ I explained what is the point of making a morning appointment if your not going to call at those specific times I don’t get paid to have time off work so a morning appointment would be more suitable for me instead the attitude was well they may not be able to call morning if there’s an emergency, which I appreciate however, surely if a gas safety test was to be carried out a specific contractor would carry out the work instead of leaving customers sitting in waiting for a non call, luckily this time fir me the contractor called early morning and he did a good job, was polite and carried out the safety test in a professional manner, I think liberty needs to look at its internal admin and not treat customers hanging on waiting in for a no call and at least have the decency to ring to advise if there not going to call as I’m now out of pocket by £60 for having a morning off to which I carnt afford to loose

Ruined my brand new fridge freezer left with dent and paint all scratched off. Table left with chips off the corners. Didnt silicone around the whole room was parts missing. Toilet sink not attached properly. Silicone loose so it wobbles. D bend under sink wasnot connected prop so leaked. Glue marks left all over. All after laying vinyl flooring. Would not recommend this company at all. Guys were nice but not the best at what they do. I have severe health issues atm hence why this review is late. Absolutely fuming. I Will never allow these back to do repairs!
