My annual Gas safety check was carried out on 21st September 2026 by your engineer Amit Choda.. this was the third year where Amit has carried out this work at my home.. Amit arrived on time..* is very polite..* professional..* friendly..* & informative..* so it's 5***** from me..

Liberty engineer always on time very friendly lets you know everything ok before he goes .Steve has been our service engineer for 12 years and feel safe living on my own and retired I know I can trust him .

361 B bowes rd .newsouthgate .london N111AA 18 YEAR OLD 1st boiler fail 16/4/25 no legqal papaerwork left Gavin Payne CADENT needed to cap .NEXT liberty hyjacked OAKRAY work & remidied nothing ,after second boiler fail; 5/4/25 second broken boiler manager Arron chapman attended with 26//925 valliant to remove warranty had done other nightime visits 3 visits requested the gas pipe & meter replacement on CADENT AUDIT 4/7/25 he allowed the repairs to slip through net to date OAKRAY false notice of repaiere broken new boiler dangerous install recorded by Arron Chapman liberty he arrived no id card with valliant on OAKRAYS broken boiler & got warranty removed without telling me led to 1 year disconnection ...2 winters off supply thanks to ARRON & GAVIN at LIBERTY . Enfield 3 Supervisers ALLAN HALL, STEVE BULLEN ,JOHN FALLEN did nothing didn't bring gas safe report fail 2/6/25 ,15/6/25,29/6/25 brought no docs only LIBERTY MANAGER to make comments about bench mark warrnty card not filled out only with 4 dangerous reads /gas meter already on fails & pipework Arron said must be repaired pipework fails by cadent/ octopus Pheonix compliancy .no reconnection legal certifcate gavin payne reconnection with allan hall no signed gas certificate certifcate GIVEN IN FRONT of gas safe re -fail visit head of gas safe and field engineerm from wales 7/7/26 found all most defects reconnected from preveious ffail 2025 gavin Payne JUNIOR ENGINEER did reconection onto failed meter & pipes with allan hall complaince superviser no signed certifcate arrived in post ...no liberty liason would cooperate nor would switch board are all rubbish .../clinton knight at ENfield SHUTTING DOWN PARTS REQUESTS BY LIBERTY & CBM plumbing closing down job numbers for water pump nwas broken 5/4/25 LEFT OFF SUPPLY even after warranty removed 26/9/25 boiler still didnt go in scrap TONY TIBBS boiler electrician failed to do electrical jobs

The gas engineer put my mind at rest as I thought there was a smell of if gas . He did the test and explained the results which made me feel a lot better knowing there was no gas leakage. Was very pleasant and efficient

Chris was the engineer who attended or boiler situation, was helpful, friendly and very professional. Left our home without the leaking outside boiler pipe, and replaced the failed part, left the completed job clean and tidy. Thank you.🙂

The engineer was fantastic , went above and beyond to repair our circuit board which was dangerous.
He was friendly, polite , informative and very respectful of ourselves ( pensioners in sheltered accommodation) and property.
I hope all the engineers in this company are as good at their jobs as he is .

After having several reminders that they were coming on the day in question I had a message to say they were on there way. After an hour & a half they still had not turned up. When I tried to ring them all there system was having maintenance done so not able to ring but it said you could do a chat. Even that was not available. Then the following day I had several reminders asking me how my experience went so could I give feed back. Hence this review.
