Poor delivery performance last 3 months
Liberty flights products, website and customer service is very good. The last 3 deliveries have been very slow. I have used Liberty flights for many years but seriously considering going elsewhere. The deliveries used to be prompt but the company is being let down by torrid performances at EVRI and Royal Mail.

Clearly, our definitions of "express delivery" differ
Used Liberty Flights regularly years ago, before the founder sold the business. Standards fell off a cliff almost overnight, and this experience confirms nothing has changed.
Needed juice while away from home - most vape shops sell stuff with a horrible aftertaste, but Liberty Flights' juice never did, so I gave them another shot.
£60 order, Tuesday 15:00, free express delivery advertised as 1-2 working days. Arrived Friday 13:58, after I'd already gone home. Useless timing. Clearly, I can't review the actual product.
Their dispatch cut-off is now 11am - it used to be 15:00 back when I ordered regularly, and I'd routinely get next-day delivery via Royal Mail on orders placed before that. 11am is early by most suppliers' standards; going backwards from 15:00 to 11am is a genuine regression, not an improvement.
And separately: this order and another from 10/11/2023 are both still sat showing "On its way" on their tracking. One of those has been "on its way" for over two years. That's not a shipping estimate issue, that's a broken system.
Given the choice, I won't be going back.

Sorry to hear that you feel that since we acquired the brand, standards have slipped.
Ultimately one of the reasons we took over was to make the needed changes to ensure that the brand could continue.
As you have said, our website clearly states our cut off times to which you didn't meet.
You ordered on the 4 hours after the cut off on the 7th, the order left us the following morning on the 8th and was subsequently delivered to you within the advised time scale of 1-2 working days (10th).
What you have explained in your review is exactly what we clearly advertise on our shipping page.
On future orders, should you require the same day dispatch please ensure you follow the guidance and you will receive your order quicker.
I have checked for various methods of correspondence you might have sent regarding your order from 2023 and have not managed to find anything.
I am sure you understand that chasing something 3 years later leaves me limited with what I can do. The Royal Mail tracking has long since been removed.
