I asked some questions first as it was a considered purchase, and I cannot rate their online Customer Care highly enough. When I received the item it was so beautifully packaged it was a pleasure to unwrap and the whole experience was 5-star! The item itself is stunning - it is the perfect centrepiece for my bangle ... Visited Lewins for the first time in February 2026, had some gold to sell and was getting quotes from local Jewellers in Sutton High St. Met Mehmet and found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and totally honest.
I sold him my gold, and then had a gold bracelet clasp fixed at a fraction of the cost compared to another quote.
So Happy to know that going forward Lewins will get my business.

I visited Lewins Jewellers recently to have a few repairs done and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They removed some links from my bracelet, fitted a new safety chain, and also replaced the clasp on my necklace. Everything was done beautifully and with great attention to detail.
