Had a query that was difficult to sort out, spoke to several operators all who were very helpful but couldn’t seem to pin down the issue, spoke to a member of staff today called Stacey, who went the extra mile and did some digging and figured it out straight away and progressed my application, couldn’t be more thankful! Excellent bit of customer care!

I would give less than 1 star if I could. The website is absolutely trash. I had to use it across 3 different devices just so I could get it to work. They wanted far too much personal data (everything short of a kidney) and their data handling policy is extremely poor, they admit to giving your data to 3rd parties that are outside UK and EU jurisdiction where GDPR and our privacy laws are different. Along with this you are unable to submit the application UNLESS you tick the box allowing them to sell your data? No way of opting out besides sending a GDPR article 17 notice to dataprotection @lettingshub.co.uk asking them to delete your data. If you're a landlord of estate agents I would avoid this website like the plague as it makes you look incompetent and unprofessional if you use this.

We are sorry to hear that you were having trouble with the website. We would be interested to hear the problems you were having so we can investigate and improve it for future. As for the amount of information we ask for, We ask for this to conduct robust checks to all tenants and guarantors and this is to ensure that we are protecting our customers(The Letting Agents) and their landlords.
We also take our data protection responsibilities very seriously. We would not provide any data to any 3rd parties without prior confirmation from the applicant beforehand. Also, if you have said yes for data to be shared, this can also be revoked should you change your mind. The box on the application form is not to give permission to sell data. This is to confirm you have read and understand that we will be informing the council and utilities that you have moved in as this is a request from the Lettings Agents.
Once again, we are sorry to hear that you had trouble with the website and we would like to know more. Please could you email complaints@lettingshub.co.uk in the first instance with details of the issues and one of our dedicated team will investigate this for you and reply to you directly.

Very good in person experience. Website less so.
I had difficulty with the website which was very frustrating. I called them and was helped directly by someone who patiently spent half an hour sorting it all out and the forms were finished.
