By 2005, letsgo2.com was launched and we transitioned from bricks-and-mortar to a solely online shopfront. The website is supported by a team of well-travelled experts (half of whom have been working here for at least 10 years) who are always at the end of the phone to answer your questions and offer advice. Amazing Honeymoon
Such a brilliant service from start to finish!! This was for our honeymoon and Peter was absolutely fantastic and went out of his way to help with anything we needed!! We are so grateful and have recommended the company to many friends and will defo be booking with you again!!

Excellent holiday organisers
Good website with excellent details. Every interaction with them is simple and quick. They are quick to respond and came up with a great package for us. This is the 4th or 5th time we have used them now and will do so again.

Didn’t experience the ‘excellent customer service ‘
Felt really good about our booking and great experience until we arrived at the hotel where our Privilege room had not been booked. Letsgo2 had relied on a third party to book the room.... who had relied on a fourth party..... who booked a standard room. Spent 3 days on the phone trying to resolve the issue and felt Letsgo2 were on our side but it took 3 nights and 4 days (of 7 night stay) before we got what we paid for. Upon return, emails and phone calls went unanswered and they missed the 28 day deadline for responding to my complaint. Unimpressed by their ‘excellent customer service ‘ awards, promised ‘in resort rep’ didn’t exist and ‘24 hour hotline number ‘ was never supplied.

Just had s super holiday in Dubai
Just had s super holiday in Dubai. Everything went to plan and was very lovely. My only slight niggle was that I had to find out that the hotel pool was shut and it was Ramadan by reading the small print. I had several conversations concerning the booking team and no one mentioned this.
The holiday was fabulous anyway but it would have been nice to have known before I booked.

Very happy with their service.
First time I have used Let’s go 2 and found them easy to deal with, efficient, professional, and accommodating. They gave me a much better deal than other travel agents and very helpful with my questions. Will definitely use them again. And they are local.
