The watch was the best price I could find after a lengthy search. Customer service was excellent. The item was delivered on time, gift wrapped etc.. The level of services was exactly as described by previous posters.
I will certainly check out these guys for my future purchases.

Remote purchase process easy and efficient. Vendor kept the item safely for me at no charge for some weeks after purchase and shipped to me when I requested delivery.

I purchased a bracelet for my daughter's 21st birthday and i had ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer services and they put me in touch with Samatha. She was very helpful and told me to send it back and they would exchange the bracelet. I sent it back on Monday the 21st Feb and the replacement bracelet was with me on the 23rd Feb.The service was exceptional.

I bought a Tag Heur watch from the Blackpool shop. The service was 1st class, the staff were really lovely and helpful especially Emma and Samantha. Not just that but the beautiful way they wrapped up the watch and put chocolates in the bag as well - such a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this shop! Fantastic!
