Very good prices, the lens arrived in time. The only improvement that I can suggest is to use shipping with tracking.

I ordered lenses from lensway and was charged by klarna on June 3rd. The lenses never arrived and I have still not received money back yet. Even though I’ve called them so many times, lensway blames klarna and klarna blames lensway. It is ridiculous. I’ve called klarna multiple times over the last few weeks and keep getting promises of calls back from bosses but nobody calls back. They just don’t care. If you don’t pay them on time you get fined with late fees but when they don’t pay you back for 3 months and counting there is zero consequence.

I used to order all my lenses with lensway but never again that’s for sure. They don’t care whatsoever about costumer satisfaction.

Items arrived are safe and exactly what I ordered, I'm impressed with the package. Delivery is fast, but it could have been better if there is a tracking system.

More than a week passed and I still didn't receive lenses I bought. As I can see I'm not the only one who's experiencing some troubles with getting the product. Never again.

It's pretty much the place to go if you need contact lenses online. Very fast delivery and often really good discounts ! I have bought couple of pairs of sunglasses from them too (or gotten for free as an offer when buying lenses!) Never had any problems.

The only suggestion would be to provide tracking number for the packages, so I can follow them with the PostNord app.

I have ordered and paid for contactlinses 1st of May, 2020. Until this date 02.07.20 I haven't received the package nor my money about 1100 kr returned, as they use KLARNA as payment portal.
Written tons of emails and called Klarna up countless times!
This is simply fraud and a lot of BAD excuses. This company doesn't care when it receives money, they don't handle the required action for customer to get their money refunded!

DON'T BUY THROUGH LENSWAY NOR KLARNA!!!!

It is super easy to buy contacts online if you know your strength. But, maybe it will be much better if we can track our packages.

I have ordered contact lenses almost two months ago, I didn't receive them neither I received the money back. They kept me waiting and waiting for an email regarding lost in transaction, I've never received it and now for over a week they are not picking up their customer service phone. Very dissapoining service. Never buying again.

The contact lenses were just fine but the paper package was totally destroyed. I hope you find other solution for packing. Those paper boxes doesn't really work. I am lucky that my contact lenses survived the shipping.

I have been regularly ordering through them over the year now. Whenever there is an issue with my orders due to postnord failures, they are solving it in a great manner. My latest order was lost yet they have instantly sent me a new one and even applied a discount. I would expect slower responses because of virus but they try their best in providing quality service.Thank you for that!

I've been buying from LensWay since I moved to Denmark in 2016. The delivered items are always in time (apart from this last one, but completely understandable, due to Corona situation) and with no deffects.
