Beware of using this company! I have been dealing with this company since May this year. They took my money upfront where I was charged over 700 euros to create a company in France. They phoned me immediately when I told them that I was interested in buying their services and since then have been impossible to get hold of. I paid for the additional service of having priority access to one of their lawyers to have the application completed within 24 hours, however, when I tried to contact one of their lawyers I was unable to book an appointment for over 2 weeks. I then discovered on my own that their finance partner, Quonto, no longer accepts British citizens post Brexit so I contacted them immediately saying that I should never have been sold the service in the first place, especially as I had to add my passport and nationality so they clearly knew that I was a British citizen. From this point on, every one of my calls and emails was ignored. I finally got through to someone who told me my money would be refunded within 24 hours. I followed up a week later to be told that it was being prioritised but that was over 2 months ago and I still have received nothing back. I had to write a review on Google for someone to get in touch again where they publicly admitted that they are at fault and my money would be refunded, however, they have lied and I am still left me with nothing. When they initially speak to you to take your money, their English is impeccable, however, the second that you want a refund on a purchase that should never have been sold, they miraculously only speak in French. As in my previous review, I am a proficient French speaker but wanted to be clear on the legal jargon of opening my business. This company are liars and who will take your money knowing that they cannot offer the service they claim and refuse to give your money back. Do not use them unless you want to be nearly a £1000 out of pocket. After receiving a response from them I was hopeful that my money would be refunded, however, their dishonesty is shocking. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with and it is clear to me that this company is a scam.
