Dishonest
Very hard to resign, respond slower than announced.
I signed up at the partner of Legastart (shine) and both were supposed to handle some files together, and they did not communicate well so that I had to do it myself. Paying a lot to do everything myself at the end is very dissapointing

I've been waiting for two weeks to be contacted by Qonto. I was told by the Legalstart referent that they would be in touch with their Qonto partners, but nothing has happened despite my several requests.

Dissatisfied with LegalStart’s Service - Not Yet resolved
I recently used LegalStart’s services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key points I’d like to highlight:
Slow and Inefficient Communication: Despite having a premium package, I found LegalStart’s email response time to be disappointingly slow. In 3 weeks they havent follow up on my emails and calls, even after paying 700 euros for the premium package. This lack of responsiveness is frustrating.
Broken Promises: LegalStart repeatedly assured me that someone would contact me within 24 hours, but this never happened. Madame Irem was aware of the situation, yet my requests continued to be ignored. It’s disheartening to receive such unfulfilled promises.
Lack of Accountability: LegalStart’s customer service consistently provided the same generic response without addressing my specific concerns. The lack of accountability and personalized assistance was disappointing.
In summary, my experience with LegalStart has been extremely unsatisfactory. As a paying customer, I expected better communication and prompt resolution of issues. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. Please stay away of them, there are other service providers.

Really slow and inefficient service, only time the people are reactive is to reply to your complain or to make you subscribe offers with partners that often you don t or cant even use.
Very disappointing, I wont use them again.

Everything is great until you cancel.
I had a 30 day trial, that I cancelled and was supposed to end within the month. Upon the date, I was charged for a full year but the service was not provided.
I sent multiple emails, and no response
I did not get a refund, not the service they charged me for.
Edit: I did provide them with my account, file number and emailed them.
Edit2: They refunded my order after this comment, so I will add a star (2->3) to the review. However, sad to be ignored until making the complaint publicly.
