I opened 4 money pots for people who left our company, so our employees around the world could contribute to a gift...then I read the reviews and was really worried, when I saw that people had so many problems to get their money...BUT what I can say from my side...I did not have any problems at all. The money was on my bank account within a few days and everything worked really well. Thank you, Leetchi!

Not knowing either the average contribution either the number of contributors makes it harder to contribute. Would not recommend this platform
EDIT - Although this is done at the discretion of the creator, best practices should recommend not hiding at least some elements: instead of saying 0, should say "some donors" and "amount hidden".

For your information, the amount of money collected in a money pot is displayed at the discretion of the kitty's creator. Thus, the latter can decide at any time whether or not to make public the amount he or she has managed to collect.

I think a website to make donations for good things should provide receipts that allow being used to reduce taxes in the countries where they have been done.
The current format of the receipts does not accomplish the standards to get access to the tax reductions because they do not explain the good reason and the organization which is going to receive the money and the real quantity that the organization is going to receive.

According to French legislation, only non-profit organisations recognised as being of general interest can issue the CERFA document allowing this deduction. As Leetchi is a company, we are not authorised to issue this document.
👉 If your contribution is destined to a structure recognised as being of general interest, we invite you to contact it directly, indicating the information related to your participation (name, amount of the donation and postal address, accompanied by the confirmation email of your contribution).
With this information, the organisation will be able to find your contribution via the list of contributions available on the money pot.
They can then send you this CERFA document.

My colleagues organised a collection…
My colleagues organised a collection pot for me as a leaving gift. I have been trying to transfer this money to my bank account for over a month with multiple email to the Leetchi service team asking for help. I received one email back but still no money has arrived in my account. I am very disappointed as I have used this service to raise money for other colleagues leaving gifts without issue 😡
Update Leetchi have asked me to fill in the form on Trustpilot but with zero indication of where this can be found, please improve your customer service by making this process easier for customers!
