Many issues, bank transfers being refused, account getting locked for no reason
Very bad platform for money collection. I've used it to collect money from my colleagues for our team's birthdays and I have encountered many issues, including bank transfers being refused and my account being locked. It is impossible to contact them via phone and their replies take very much time. Please avoid this platform in order to save your time and nerves. I have bought the gifts from my own money before making a bank transfer from out collected money pot, unfortunately, currently my 100 EUR bank transfer was refused and my account got locked up for no reason, therefore, I can't even check what's wrong.

URGENT Assistance to transfer Leetchi money pot please!!!!
I am writing this review out of desperation just to get in touch with someone from the Leetchi team. We made a collection for a colleague and collected 600 euro and we cannot transfer the money eventhough we've already bought the give in advance. Very very very poor service and a nightmare to try and get in contact with someone who can actually help you. None of the phone numbers work and no response no matter how many emails or help centre messages you send. I've tried to contact by twitter and other forms of communication but it's just a nightmare.

I have had 3 pots with you and I have just realised I didn’t receive any of the money.
The company have relied that money was sent but it was never received in my account and the only way they rely to you is if you complain. I have repeatly tried there customer service to no avail.

One was spent in April, the other was spent 3 days ago, you should have the funds shortly.

This is a scam
This is a scam - with no proper advise Leetchi charges 2.9% just to transfer your money pot onto your peronal account. There are so many other services doing it for free.

I can't access my moneypot and Leetchi are not even replying to my enquiries.
In response to the below from Leetchi, I have sent the requested information three times (through their contact form and via the email below and have been following up but have had no response at all). This was my 40th birthday money, a gift collected by friends, and I am unable to access it and have had no support or contact from Leetchi following their reply on this site).

Once you have entered your personal information, you can click on the "Hide amount" button after the payment has been made.
You also have the possibility of making this modification afterwards. In this case, you just have to open the email related to your contribution and click on "participation page".

Even having sent my verification documents, and after multiple times of trying, I cannot ‘verify my email’ to access the £90 that we innocently trusted Leetchi with to group fund baby presents. It’s been nearly a month since I started trying to get this back. Absolutely no customer service, and you’re sent round in a loop which suddenly won’t accept log in details, even though they still work on the website. Dreadful.
