I have been using their Itunes Cleaner for a few months, it works great. Cleans all my duplicates, identifies and tags songs, and finds all missing album artwork.

I recently had some trouble with porting the program to a new machine (upgraded my old computer), and tech support was quick to answer my emails and get the program up and running on my new machine in no time at all.

I highly recommend this company, not only for its great products, but they actually back their products up too. Bravo, Leawo.

I had a problem with my product as my computer crashed.
I tried to do it on my own but failed. I send an email to them and I got a very quick reply. They helped me out and it seemed it was so easy for them.
So I thank them for their help as I would still be at the same place.

My Leawo software installed in 2012, was no longer working after installing Mac OS X Yosemite.
The solution arrived 8 hours after my request mail solution to support Leawo. Finally, the installation and operation were operational after the instant exchange of a new email.

I got the Mac version and it works seamlessly, converting DVDs into other formats that I can use in iMovie, for example. It's a quality product. Customer service responded quickly to my inquiries.

I downloaded the BD Convertor from the Website, and it is a really good program for me to convert my favorite movie Ice Age to BD with a fast speed and assist me to play on my Toshiba BDX1250 Blu-Ray Player. I recommend this one!

I bought 2 products from this company: Leawo Blu-ray Ripper and Music Record, windows version, most of main functions work fine. But there are still some little problems need to solve.

Really like Leawo blu ray series software. Have used the leawo blu-ray ripper, leawo blu-ray copy and leawo blu-ray player, I think these programs have the most powerful decryption capability in the world and very easy-to-use, they can easily rip, copy or play any latest blu ray dics we have, it's really helpful for my work. I've really been happy with my Leawo Total Media Converter Ultimate, is a excellent multi-purpose software for working with DVDs, BDs and most video files.
It is very stable and fast in all types of video files conversion. And in normal conditions, the conversions are made without any loss of its original quality.
I will definitely recommend this software to any who ask...and probably to some who don't. My experience buying this product online was so positive that I'll be looking for this company's wares before any other when next I need software.

To be honest, a lot of negative reviews can be avoided if you can start with the free trial version on their website. Besides that, they also have several freebies there(the latest one i've come across is Blu-ray Player), which are actually very good and useful programs.

I also noted Leawo giveaways are frequently hosted on their facebook and other big platforms, which in another way, shows this company has the gut to face the public judgments. I participated some campaigns and i have to say sometimes It's true that there occurred some issues, but their team actually handled it well each time.

So in short, it is a good company that you can trust and you can actually see it keeps improving itself as well. Thumbs up!

I have owned their Total Media Converter Ultimate for 2 years, and just update it to the brand-new UI version, it's really well easy to use, their people work hard.
Hope they can go better and continue to work out more great programs!
