I had a issue when upgrading my computer, they were quick and Joy helped me get the ball rolling again she was fast with her replies unlike most companies out there right now very happy with this company and products.

Great product and customer service!

Leawo Music Recorder for Mac is working fine to record streaming music services. Title detection is 95% since one of the last updates.
Support also was helpful and answered fast.

Update on October, 17th:
After upgrade to OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) I was not able to select "Computer Audio" as source.
Very friendly support gave me SW plugin to fix this.

I have downloaded many blu-ray player software, only to find they don't work on all the formats i have on my blu-ray collection, even those you would pay a lot for. (very frustrating). then i tried Leawo blu-ray player and found, much to my delight it would play all my blu-ray disks, all my videos on my computer, and best of all its FREE. I contacted Leawo to find out how to register my copy, thinking they would tell me it is a trial version, but no, it is actually FREE and no need to register.
so what could be better.

Excellent! Beta-tests were carried out w/ this product on Portuguese Windows 10 Pro (x64) Build 10240 only to find that there's no Portuguese option @ this time! Leawo has advised that the possibility of a Portuguese language option could be included w/in one of their future builds!

So far, I've not come across any blu-ray that Leawo could not copy, and it is very easy to use. Search the internet for coupons, as I got a fantastic deal on mine.

I've had years of good experiences using Video Converter on my Mac, and received great service when I needed help moving my registration to a new system. Special thanks to Coral @ Mac service!

I use a MacBook Pro and by default use iTunes for my music library, but iTunes is really not great at:
- Fixing the meta data of a music file
- Grabbing the Album cover
- Managing Duplicates
- etc.
And then came Leawo iTunes Cleaner and music became much simpler to manage.
Great product cannot wait for next enhancements.

My friend recommended Leawo Blu-ray products for me. Compared to other software on the market, the user-interfaces are not busy or complicated, thus making them easy to use.

I purchased a Blu Ray drive for my PC a year ago and it didn't included playback software because it was an OEM drive. I tried demos of several packages and none of them would work even after doing firmware upgrades to my drive...until I found Leawo's Blu Ray player. It worked the first time and it's a free product! I'll be trying out their other products soon!

I had recently updated iTunes, which apparently caused an incompatibility with the Leawo iTransfer software. I contacted Leawo technical support via email -- after hours -- and received a response with precisely the resolution only 14 minutes later! I have never had such a rapid, 100% resolution! Thank you so much!

I had to contact Leawo support in order to fix a problem registering the product. Support from Leawo was immediate, and the solution was pointed out in a couple of e-mails interchange.

I bought a software which have had a problem when downloading. The support helped me with great efficiency and kindness. Everything is working very well now! Thanks

GREAT PRODUCT & REASONABLY EASY TO USE. I HAD A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS BUT THESE WERE RESOLVED BY SUPPORT WITHIN 24 HOURS. ONE MINOR THING.... ITS A LITTLE SLOW AT CONVERTING BUT THIS IS MORE THAN MADE UP FOR BY THE WONDERFUL ADJUSTABLE QUALITY. WORTH 5 STARS

The software has some problems but online staff were excellent. The only downside that I could complain about is that their online service hours are a little challenging. However, once you figure that out they quickly troubleshoot your problems. I would have given them 4.5 stars if I could but I admit they are closer to 5 stars

First allow me to make this clear, I do not work for Leawo nor have I been compensated for this review.

Okay, I started using iTransfer so I might avoid having to further the ludicrous upgrade process with iTunes, but that's a different story. In any event I found an issue with the way iTransfer was displaying the music menus. I prefer they be in column format and the program kept defaulting to a box format as in the Windows 8 style. Well I contacted Leawo Support and after a couple of emails they had a clear idea of the issue. What I expected from there was that they would leave the issue standing as most other software developers do but not Leawo, nope they took the issue to their code writers and came up with a new version with the fix and sent me a link to download it. All of this happened within 72 hours of my first contact with them. OMG! What...? When is the last time that has ever happened to you...? Not only did they maintain an open, active dialog with me they actually worked out a fix and placed in my hands before I could say talk to ya later.

Leawo has earned my absolute respect and appreciation. It goes without saying but I must. This type of customer service is so uncommon that it's only found in the rarefied air of the "Super Hero" atmosphere, the "Crystal Palace" if you will. Totally AWESOME!!!

I will always look to Leawo first for any of my application/software needs, they can count on my total support.

I acquired PowerPoint to video converter from Leawo. It did the job very efficiently and friendly. Also, their support responded immediately, I am truly satisfied with the product.
