Person on the phone was ok but not much was useful for me all what did come from the office itself. This office has no much power to make things move from. Still my balcony door is not going to be repaired or replaced. And this office can’t do anything about it.

I had a very positive experience. Appointment was made and clearly communicated to me with follow up reminders. Scheduled appointment was on time.
