Discrimination against white people is evident. Even parking attendants dont speak English yet 50 plus year olds get overlooked by this council for jobs. Applied for 12 jobs not 1 response.

H&F disgusting service
Hammersmith and Fulham Council in my opinion does not actively respond to emails or even answer the phone. I've been trying to sort out an issue regarding council tax i.e. bring overcharged without any explanation, even though the original bill sent was paid in full, only to receive another bill with another charge. I have emailed and emailed since October, todate, they have not responded and this issue is still ongoing. If you call the number and press whatever option, no one answers and you are kept holding on for over 30mins. They charge a fortune in council tax but do not provide a service to their constituents. I am at the end of my tether and will be lodging a complaint.
Change of traffic rules at Rivercourt Road
There is extremely poor signage at Rivercourt Road, entering from A4. I have been driving through Rivercourt Road for the past 25 years. I just received a penalty notice for unauthorised entry with my hybrid vehicle. There has been no change of traffic signage, just a small sign well into the street, which is very difficult to spot when you enter from A4. Sadly, in these difficult times, I must choose between paying this penalty or keeping the standing order for the local charity in Hammersmith—very disappointing LBHF.
Useless beurocrats
The council changed the parking restrictions without informing anyone so I got a parking ticket. They also made it so that parking on a weekend is no longer free, and instead of being 9-5, it is now 8.30-10pm so even with a visitor permit, if any of my friends or family visit, it is prohibitively expensive. If my partner wants to stay over, it will now cost her almost £22 per day. They do not have a partners permit, because obviously all they want to do is fleece you for every penny you have. So if you're not living together, you're clearly not welcome in Hammersmith or Fulham. Just another assault on unmarried couples. Fortunately, I can leave this area with a month's notice, so I am now looking for a new place to live. Their helpline is also absolutely useless, just a bunch of beurocrats giving each other handshakes over being completely useless and offering no solutions. Inept isn't a suitable enough word for this ridiculous this council is.

This is the worst borough in the UK
This is the worst borough in the UK, they don’t care about anything, don’t reply their e-mails properly and buildings that they owe are falling apart. Shameful really.

I am supporting a homeless family who are getting sent messages to attend in person online training on how to bid and pay rent. When we arrived at 145 King Street the man doing the training explained the family was not yet able to do this because they are still not able to bid yet. We realised the problem was because the mum's email is still on her ex-husband's housing account despite the fact she had asked and emailed her housing advisor to remove her email from her ex-husband's account. We were advised someone from temporary housing would come and see us. So far we have been waiting well over one hour none has come down yet. There is also a disabled sister of the lady who needs help please can someone come and sort this out. Or contact me with a face to face appointment to sort this all out and explain were abouts this family is on the register. Understandably the family are upset and disappointed. All help is appreciated.
Quite poluted and unpleasant for cyclists
Traffic, traffic and few protected bike paths for cyclists and when forced to take the car you have to be really careful with roads that are only for local residents. Poor signs makes it tricky to avoid being fined. All for minimising motorised traffic - just please put up clear signs, but perhaps that will not generate a lot of fines.
