They use low level tactic to resubscription
Every single respectable software company has an option in the admin section for opting out at the end of the subscription period.
To opt-out from non-respectable companies subscriptions, one has to read their terms and conditions and learn that the only way is to write a written notice to them. Failing to do so at the right time means you pay another full year for them.

I have experience company secretarial services from a number of providers over the years.
This was a superb digital experience like no other and I would highly recommend it. In addition, there were no extra fees. We negotiated a fee for the work and they delivered.

Misleading free trial (not telling you the limitations until you get to the checkout), fustrating document management area lacking basic features like selecting multiple documents, and of course, forced 12 month minimum contracts are not good.
