Very bad company…NEVER use this company for your travel needs.
They are not answering on phone for couple hours, and when they answer they transfer you to wait again… not cooperative, not polite.
NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

SCAM company quoted a price per night and then the hotel charged additional fees by default.

This is a scam website who will take your information and sell it on the dark web. Beware!

I booked a room through them that came up as "insufficient funds" but lo and behold, I was charged the full $350. They said it never went through. Had to get my credit card company to reverse the charge which took a full two months. THEY ARE A SCAM. Make no mistake. The good reviews are all lies. It's a scam I promise you.

Horrible experience booking hotel through them. Called the hotel more than a week ago, no reservation. Called lastminutetravel, agent said they called the hotel and sorted it out. Now I'm at the hotel waiting over an hour while their "emergency team" sorts it out with the hotel, and they haven't even yet sorted it out yet.
Update: After an hour and a half the "emergency team" has gotten nowhere, repeatedly stated there is no supervisor available, and hung up on me when I asked to be transferred to someone else. Have to pay for the hotel at the normal rate and attempt to get refund with this scam ass company later which I'm sure will be another horrible headache

Do not use them. They dont refund !! beware guys..They even dont modify the dates later..Scammers

I just returned from a trip to Cancun and I used lastminutetravel.com for the hotel. I got an amazing deal that was hundreds less than any other website. I was a bit skeptical after reading so many poor reviews, but I spent the time to reconfirm with Lastminutetravel, and also with the hotel. When I checked in, everything was in perfect order and there were absolutely no problems. The customer service team at Lastminutetravel.com were also very helpful when I called them. So... perhaps some are only posting the negative, but I want everyone to know they are legit and I had a good experience.

The booking was fast and easy I paid 228$ for my stay at a hotel , I called right after and they gave me booked and I’m good to go thanks Last Minute travel

My account was charged $107. For not exactly sure for what yet. Very difficult to track these ppl down. This should be interesting, based on reviews, getting money refunded. I was indeed searching for reservations for a particular night which I never found in the end. It would seem as though somehow a reservation was wrought out of the process. So far though, I've been unable to track down any such reservation info. Will file a dispute with credit card company if I can't get anywhere with it myself.

SCAM !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My work payed them 1K for a hotel reservation. The hotel received the reservation but their (last minute travel) credit card declined. Have been trying to Reach customer service for 2 Days to get this figured out. Useless company

This is by far the worst business I have dealt with. I had reserved a room through them and went to the hotel and they did not recieve the reervation. I had to block my card. I then called on Monday and there stating that I used the reservation, however I didn't and I had to pay out of pocket because the hotel never recieved the reservation..

I am still waiting for my refund, agreed and promised in December 2020, for flights cancelled in March 2020.

Omg! We showed up at our hotel after paying for 2 nights and now the hotel is saying something is wrong......that this "Last Minute Travel" did not pay them. The hotel is trying to reach them and cannot get a hold of them. Now I am out $222 and still don't have a room. How can this happen?

Stay away from last minute travel. I used Last Minute Travel to book a stay at the Crowne Plaza in Dallas. There were issues with the stay so the hotel manager said no charge for our stay but since it was through Last Minute Travel I had to contact them for the refund. My stay was in early February 2021 it is now near the end of March. They gave me the run around for weeks before saying after the 6th phone call that they did refund me. However they did not. I even provided them proof from my bank. The customer service person Juan wanted became aggressive and when I asked to speak with his supervisor he said he is the supervisor then later in the same phone call he said his supervisor isn't taking phone calls. They are located overseas in Spain. No one will respond. I would not recommend anyone book through them because if there is an issue and the hotel itself says they won't charge you and to contact lat minute travel for a refund your money, good luck getting it back from a company located in a foreign country. If I could rate them a Zero I would.

Do not use this company to book anything!! I booked my flights in June and one of my connecting flights got cancelled and to this day I’ve not been refunded. I had to book an alternative flight and pay extra money for it. The customer services number doesn’t get you anywhere asks for your booking reference and an automated message come up that you’ll be refunded in the next 7 days but to this day I’m still waiting a refund. They are slightly cheaper than other agents but I’d rather pay that much more!! Stay away from this company!

The worst experience. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I had to fly to LA, and was supposed to stay for 4 nights. I got there in the evening and within a few hours, I had an emergency and had to fly right back to NY. I had no problem with the rental car, airline ticket, which flew me back away, with no extra charge. Holiday Inn stated that I should contact Last Minute Travel to refund my credit card. I have not been able to reach anyone and at times stayed for 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone until I hung up. Meanwhile, they charged my credit card for the full 4 nights, when I only stayed a few hours at the hotel. WORST COMPANY EVER. STAY AWAY FROM LASTMINUTETRAVEL.

If there were no stars to be given I would give them. I have had no refund since January for a flight which they or carrier cancelled and refund should be processed immediately not 3 months later. Nobody should use these agents at all. They do not respond nor proceed any further.
