Excellence, almost

On the whole, out of this world, least the one we know! - thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
BA lived up to its high expectations, they rarely fail; transit (Tefen) from airport to hotel efficient but scary, hotel (Raddisson) excellent except sink in bathroom had issues.

Reaching out to the customer service…

Reaching out to the customer service via chat. I takes time to get someone in the chat, but after 40 minutes I got a person. That helped me well. I need to wait for an email that will help me further, I assume that will be done, so for that a 4 star for them.

Lovely holiday

Lovely holiday, nice hotel with lovely breakfast and fab aircon. Would definitely recommend booking through last minute great service.

Very tired is a understatement

When we arrived at the Columbia hotel it looked nice, however the lock to our room was very difficult to open.
The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, we found crisp packets and other rubbish swept under the wardrobe, there was thick dust on every surface, and the bedding and towels did not seem clean.
The shower leaked and the toilet seat was hanging off.
Everything was very smelly, our towels or bedding was not changed or cleaned at all during the
week.
We even had to ask for a toilet roll.
Overall would not recommend.
The staff were friendly but the hotel was a definite do not stay.
You have been warned!!!!

worst airline

long queue because airline staff is very slowly at boarding. no meal or water even at fly. this my worst experience flight at all

Everything is well organised 👍

Everything is very clear in the app, the hotel and the transfer service that I have arranged - all worked like a clock. That’s what you want when you travel- predictability, smooth travel.
