I ordered the wrong size and LAPGwas quick to exchange for the correct size at no extra charge. I these guys are awesome

Well, I ordered a few pairs of pants from them and they shipped it quickly through FedEx. FedEx delivered to the wrong address somehow, and I tried to claim though them, but FedEx was entirely unhelpful.
I contacted LA police gear customer service and they replaced my order promptly and sent it through USPS. I hope they get their money back from FedEx.

Fast shipping, the company has great products. The ordering process was super easy and the online staff were super friendly and helpful. Great products at good prices.

Solid boots.
The water proof ones lasted longer than non-water proof ones. Both are comfy, think this is my 6th pair of LAPG boots, must like them.

First I am going to say I like their products, but their returns policy SUCKS! I got a good coupon so I bought a couple articles of clothing. all was well until after Christmas when found out the size was wrong. So I went through the process of getting a return. I was informed I would need to pay money for the return shipping etc. ok fine. When the return came through they said I know owed a bunch more money. What! I just wanted an exchange. I was very careful to return it all in very good shape so it could easily be re-saleable. When they calculated the return they essentially sold me new stuff at regular price and then added taxes for the new order and gave me a credit for the return. I was able to get a refund for he order but not the original shipping.
Please be aware of what return polices are when you order. This is not cool.

I bought two different sets of pants and one fit very well ans comfortably the other did not ans i wanted to exchange a pair but will just tolerate it because i dont want to spend on shipping and return fee.

Have used LA police gear for quite a few years. You’ve always had fair prices, quick shipping, and good customer service(even to the east coast). It’s not so common today but that’s what makes me a return customer. Keep up the great work!

This company canceled my order without any correspondence at all. I placed an order online after waiting months for the sale prices. Received the confirmation email, and then nothing ever shipped for weeks. I eventually logged in to check the status and it showed that the order had been canceled. After multiple days of trying to contact them and waiting on a response, I was eventually sent an email saying that it was because of a recent charge dispute. A dispute that was MONTHS before, had been settled with my bank, and had absolutely nothing to do with this transaction. Nonetheless, the cancellation stood and they felt it totally unnecessary to inform me that I was sitting around waiting on a package that was never coming. Unfortunately I have spent a significant amount of money with this company over the years. It appears that I’ll be looking for a new supplier for 5.11 pants and body armor/carriers.

Come quickly. Gave to my son who is an avid hunter and gun owner. Excellent pack, small size, perfect to fit in his truck. Hope he never has to use it, glad he has it.
