WAK always assists when I have any questions or need help with a product or order!

My experience so far is really good . I hate emailing but they have no hotline for call outs . I thought it was going to be like every other site no call back . They emailed me back right away and stayed in touch . So for me that is incredibly positive so thankyou .

Once I was finally able to connect with WAK's support team (a website technical problem that none of the front line folks could help) Vincent was prompt, courteous, and clearly listening to the concerns I raised. Well done!

They are in the middle of a site overhaul at the moment, so extend a little grace if you're waiting for help. It will be worth it. :)

Cardigan pattern worked well. Issue with the quality of the wool but it was resolved by the customer service team very quickly.

My query was answered really quickly and in a very helpful way - further support was offered if required.

Misleading yarn colour and description for the Cotton Aquamarine. I have bought a lot of yarn online over the years and this was the worst discrepancy between the advertised photos and the actual yarn colour that I have ever experienced (I checked on different screens before buying to try to avoid any surprises). Unhelpful customer service with bots and generic responses. Lots of marketing emails.

I ordered a bunny kit and within less than a minute I realized I had the wrong address. I tried to cancel, I called customer service a was told nothing could be done. This was in less than a minute. I’m out the money and will never see the kit. Never ordering again.

I love these kits. Beautiful yarn, lovely pattern with super-easy instructions and the finished product always gets loads of compliments. I’ve started knitting them for my family now.

I received no answer other than an FAQ page - which brought me to this site (ironically).

My husband attempted to buy the Muud Evita storage box only to find that he had to also buy a "mystery" wool package. Insufficient ( for experienced knitters ) amounts of the Bling Bling wool was supplied in the mystery bag and when I asked to buy more I was informed that there was none. Further conversations revealed that these mystery bags were made up of some end of line items leaving the purchasers with small amounts of over priced, and I mean extortionately priced yarn. The mail reply I have received today was very unhelpful and worded in an abrupt manner suggesting that the yarn was knowingly purchased as end of line and sale items which it was most definitely not.

Had a return and it was handled quickly and professionally without making me jump through multiple hoops

I just love their yarns, so beautiful and wonderful to knit with. I am just making the baby blanket kit and it came really fast, the yarn is great (Yummy Yarn Fine) and I treated myself to some new wood needles which are great too.

My order was beautifully packaged and the yarn was soft and lovely. Unfortunately I had to return the kit because I didn’t notice prior to ordering that the sweater is worked in the round and from charts neither of which I do. Their customer service was very responsive in facilitating my return. Hopefully I will be able to order from them in the future. I highly recommend them. I must also add that my refund was very prompt!
