cool, very cool

Good quality but poor communication. The delivery cost are not clear and confirmed after the order confirmation and product checked.
Nobody answer when I ask the invoice

the invoice was addressed in the wrong way, this led to additional custom costs to receive the parcel. Customer care never replyed to my request of a new invoice

I have always ordered on this site, but since a few months nobody answers my emails and contact requests, the production times do not correspond to those expressed during the purchase phase. If I ever receive my order I will no longer use this site.

I orderer 50 Lanyards with my logo :
*The more : impression : SUPER ! respected 100 % the logo, spaces and colors.
*The more : fast delivery
*The less : The hook is not strong enough, so we can easlily lose the keys
*The less : the system didn't offer me to be able to order 25 mm large lanyards, so i had no choice to order 20 mm, but now i can, so I would have like that it allows me to order from the beginning the 25 large one, because it s nicer and i guess the hook is bigger and stronger.
Hopefully i won't have to Re order with this new size and pay a second time.

This company sends ads when you respond the website doesn't work and they do not answer your e-mails.. There are much better places to order where companies really want your business...

I tried to make an order and followed the steps. Order sent for review. About a week later, I tried to check the order status and it was gone. I'm guessing they cancelled my order. Either they don't want my service or they no longer make merchandise. Taking my business elsewhere.

After a first good order, on my second, bigger order the quality was absolutely insufficient. I wrote to their customer care more than once, but the response I got was that there was nothing to do. This was my second and LAST order.

Lanyard Market definitely has the best prices for lanyards! I was very hesitant about ordering lanyards online but they look amazing. I was skeptical about my logo actually look well and the quality of the lanyard. Very satisfied customer, I will be using their services again in the future for more lanyards and shirts.
