When I can show camera footage from that entire day that says it was “delivered” proving it wasn’t. Horrible customer service at making it right.

The customer service is pretty bad
The customer service is pretty bad.
They sent the wrong item and the wrong amount. It took me continuing to call and email over and over and finally I got someone in the phone and she had an attitude like I was to blame.
I still haven’t received the shipping label to return the wrong items. I’m sure I’ll be on the phone again today trying to that shipping label.
I just ordered from a a different company to get the correct items that we need.
I would not order from this company again…
