I was late for the 30mins arrival…
I was late for the 30mins arrival before exams but was given the chance to take the exams.
Soon after the exams, I got emailed with the results which was great.
I would love if there could be a little bit of privacy because you could hear other exams candidates conversation which can be distracting, that’s all. Other than that, experience was great.

I took the exam online
I took the exam online, but unfortunately the noise around me became very distracting during the test. Because of the background noise, I missed a very simple question that I normally would have answered correctly. This negatively affected my concentration and overall experience. For this reason, I would prefer taking the exam face-to-face rather than online in the future.

Friendly and efficient staff
Friendly and efficient staff. The waiting area was a bit tatty with possibly not enough seats. In the end I paid near enough 160 pounds for an exam lasting less than 20 minutes with 10 minutes prep. My expectations were a little bit higher. Still everything else was ok. Equipment was fine, access etc. was fine

The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly yet professional. Gave me time to calm myself and relax. Explained everything so well. Helped with the parking as well. It’s great they provide free parking as well.

Helpful but the test environment in…
Helpful but the test environment in Chiswick was not great. People were sat close together and was too loud - During my test I can hear other candidates taking their test even with headphones on. It was quite distracting.
