Absolute time wasters. We've tried to contact the broker twice as we had to change the date we were ready to look at houses. The first time we had been told Paul (the broker we were given) was on holiday but he had no out of office to communicate this so we had to chase this up with the main office. We had an appointment today but had no previous email to confirm this would go ahead but we decided to trust his word. We have heard nothing for 35 minutes since the appointment was scheduled.

Great service fast and friendly service. Was so much easier to work with Jag on the whole process. Honestly could not recommend any one better help with first time mortgage application process.

As first time buyers we were on the look out for experienced people that can help us to get a good deal and can answer our many questions. Mitchell was brilliant at guiding us through the mortgage side of things in a challenging market and Alex has been excellent in getting us set up with some great insurance products, and swiftly finding an alternative to some that needed replacing. Toby helped us get a mortgage, a great main lender mortgage , when we thought all hope was lost. We had been advised for 6 months by another broker that due to one missed £15 payment on a credit card, over a year ago, that a “normal” mortgage wouldn’t be possible, meaning a rate of 6.6% AND to be locked in for 5 years.

In 24 hours Toby secured a main lender mortgage in principal and thus saved us £18k. He followed this up with a firm offer within 1.5 days of us handing over the documents needed.
