Cost of swimsuit

I just bought a swimsuit 3 weeks ago and the swimsuit was then out of stock. I just found the swimsuit again at 4 times the cost of the last suit. Outrageous! The company should be ashamed of itself. No tariffs are that high

Beautiful jacket until I washed it

Yesterday I washed a padded cream jacket I bought last year.
I followed the instructions on the label. What a disaster all the padding inside has gone into clumps.

My customer service representative was…excellent

My customer service representative was good. My complaint is that lands in return policy cost you money for return if you decide just to get your card credited. It’s designed to get you to do a customer credit but it is a tedious and cumbersome experience. Very discouraging in wanting to do any future orders. Then the survey only deals with the rep interaction and not return policy or other aspects of customer service so lands ends does not get the whole story regarding their customer service

SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Sad to see what this once great company has become. My 92 year old mother loves Lands End. My niece gave her 2 gift cards totalling $100. She tried to use them today, and use the remaining balance which was approx $75. She was told the balance was zero. I called later to verify and was basically told that the cards were from 2023. So What! There is no expiration date on them and the customer service guy was less than helpful. This whole thing stinks. Our family will not be shopping with this now, pitiful company. 🖕🫵

$335 Parka with Broken Zipper After Wearing a Dozen Times

3 years ago, Purchased $335 Men's Big Expedition Waterproof Winter Down Parka and on 01/27/26 the zipper broke. I realize it's 3 years old, but it has only been worn maybe 2 dozen times. Lands' End told me to find a cleaner in my area and have the zipper replaced.
Very, very disappointed. This was not a cheap coat and should last a lot longer. Lands' End quality has really gone downhill and they could care less.
The "new" guarantee is now 90 days, so maybe you get thru the winter and buy a new coat the following year.
Never shopping here again and will make sure I post to social media also.

Trying all day to speak to them poor quality

Trying all day to speak to them.
Longest wait time 97 mins.
They do offer call backs but those arrived before the stated time when I was in meetings.
Live Chat not working
Wanting to return an item that was very expensive. After a couple of wears the feathers are coming through.

Don't buy their coats

Do not buy their coats. The ZIPPERS are super cheap and BREAK. They only take returns in the first couple of months.

They used to be great coats but not in the past 4 years. Who ever owns it know is destroying it.

I would give them 0 stars. Very deceptive. I ordered a top and sweats to match on the 14th of january. When I placed my order for the top it never said they didn't have it or it would be on back order nothing. I checked my emails today and it said the top was on backorder. So I called and I said I want to cancel cuz I don't want either one cuz they haven't shipped them. She told me she couldn't cancel my order because it was pending .That is deceptive and stealing.

Customer service is gone. Bottom line is more important now.

They used to have great customer service, but the bottom line is now more important. One of my many jackets from them has cuffs that fell apart. Tried to get a replacement, but new policy is only 90 day return. They just lost a corporate account over 1 jacket. Stupid business decision in my opinion, but it's not my business to run into the ground.

I purchased something that did not look…

I purchased something that did not look good on me and basically lost money to return it for a refund as they penalized me for almost $11 for returning it. Basically throw away money to try on a clothing item. I will never even look on their site to purchase ever again.

I will never buy their jeans again

I will never buy their jeans again. Length i ordered was too long and the waist was supported to be 33, but fit lake a 34 1/2, very baggy. I felt like a clown in them.

As people have noted, the quality of clothing is terribly cheap here. I had to return two items (last two I will ever buy here) and one was in a section with signs that said "FINAL". Is that "Final markdown", or "final sale"? without thinking much about it, I interpreted as "final markdown" and got stuck with a non returnable purchase. No mention of that was made when I purchased them. So add subtle but intentional deceit to my description of this outfit. I Don't expect they will be in business long, judging by the volume of dusty clothing that was in "Final".
