I found all responses were in a very timely manner. However I feel for a mortgage advisor I felt there was very little advising. Any time I asked a question I was met with, “I couldn’t really say”.

Spot on server once again
2nd time we have organised our mortgage through L&C, and once again they didn't disappoint. Finding the best deal to suit our needs, finding way to improve affordability and being proactive as rates fluctuated to make sure we didn't miss a good deal.
Great communication and responsiveness both by email, online tracker and phone. So easy to work with, will be back for a third time when our next remortgage date is upon us.

The not so tailored mortgage advice
I put my company details on there online form “via chat” as a company on the big Landc brokers site. They rang me this morning saying
“ I need to go through security but cant because we dont have your details”
me “you have my company details of which I am a director”
Him “I have 2 options” then said something about starting again and something else about filling in the form, i had already completed yesterday”
i said “I dont understand what you are saying”
He then repeated word for word what he said previously.
So I tried again “i dont understand what you are suggesting”
He then repeated word for word what he said previously.
Me now irritated “You are just making this too difficult forget it I will try someone else”
This is a company that supposedly tailor requests to specific advisors.. clearly parrot fashioned ones

Avoid at all costs
Absolutely rubbish. Had 3 advisors in two months all clueless. Had a mortgage offer refused after an advisor reiterated that the underwriter had pre approved it. Go figure.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor than Jazmin. As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt overwhelming at times, especially with the uncertainty around interest rates and the pressure of having just 10 weeks to complete. From start to finish Jazmin was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and reassuring.
She was always happy to answer my many questions, kept me updated throughout, and explained everything clearly so I always felt informed and confident in the decisions I was making. She worked incredibly hard to secure me a fantastic mortgage despite a challenging market, and her efficiency meant we stayed on track to meet our tight deadline.
Buying my first home has been a huge milestone, and I’m so grateful to have had Jazmin guiding me through it.

Amazing mortgage advisors!
I can’t thank James & Millie enough! Had such a great experience with them. They were quick and efficient with any questions I had I would always receive a response quickly to any queries, they were helpful and explained everything to me. As a first time buyer the whole process is quite daunting but they really helped me and my husband feel confident with our decisions and explained everything clearly. Would recommend anyone who is debating whether to use them or not, to DEFINITELY use them. So great that they don’t charge a fee as well, can’t believe how amazing they were fee free!
