Great value and super quick delivery - couldn’t be happier!

Quick and timely delivery. Excellent quality of lights.

Customer service was great. Placed order, but told internally that we needed a different type of bulb. Phoned to change the order and they did so, even though the original items had already been processed. Cannot fault how helpful they were, and the flexibility.

Good service and quick delivery. One tube damaged but the replacement was sent promptly.

Important job with a client and paid extra for FedEx next day, had 2 orders one with 15 lights and one with 5 lights, guess what was just delivered 5 lights. I checked with them the day before to highlight and make sure they would be dispatched on time.

Totally let me down, made me loose custom and gave me a bad reputation.

Be careful if using this company, and buy well ahead otherwise their issues can just make your business look bad.

Product stopped working after 12 months. Contacted customer service about this with a replacement sent within 48 hours.

needed toget some lamps in a hurry found lamps online prices were really good but was worried as didn't know much about then glad I used them one of the best companies I have used online order came through so quickly and without any problems Highley recommend and will definitely use again thank you

1st delivery i of the 2 tubes arrived damaged. Without hesitation, Lampshop sent TWO complete tubes & LED fuse. A Very white light & instant on - no flickering

The packaging was really flimsy. I took four 1200x600 LED ceiling lights. They came dented and bent out of shape. They’re in and work, but I won’t be buying more from them as I don’t want to have to repair them again…

I could not find the item I required online. I phoned the company and spoke to a very helpful lady who assisted me. I now have my order and I am very happy with it.

Can't fault them. Parcel came quickly and well packaged. The LED tube replacing the old florescent tube has been transformational!

Ordered on the 14th November and still nothing on the 25th November though we chased the order up on the 21st November only to be told that it was being posted but as mentioned nothing. Are they a scam company?
