Having checked your emails - I can see you emailed the team Sunday evening at 16.32 (sadly the team do not work on weekends) but we did however reply Monday afternoon to confirm your order had been shipped.
We would like this think a reply in less than 24 hours is very good customer service and feel this review is rather unfair
We do hope however you love your handmade product which is a 5-10 working day shipping time as stated on the website

So impressed with the customer service…
So impressed with the customer service (thank you Chantelle) - the gift id sent to my friend had gone missing via Royal Mail. She investigated and sorted it out and reordered without hesitation. I am so grateful as I wanted this to arrive in time for my friend’s hen do - and she has made this happen. Best slippers ever btw - well worth the money, my one’s a friend got me 6 months ago make me go ‘ahhhhh’ every night I put them on!

Fabulous slippers!
Great product that arrived in a timely manner, customer service were so helpful and the little free gifts included was a great touch. Bought some slippers for my friend as a wedding day getting ready gift and they were a huge hit.

Love them however I do wish I had the brooches sewn on as they keep popping off! I think they come up small and are fairly tight. But comfortable and at a great price

I recently discovered this brand and I am so happy that I did!

Some were gifts and so far, each receiver has been thrilled!
