Fantastic Slippers and Experience
I purchased some unique and amazing slippers from Laines London and the entire transaction was seamless. I was actually surprised how quickly I received them given it was an out of country purchase and I had opted for the emblems to be sewn on. Communication was perfect, I received email update statuses along the way until receipt!

Amazing customer support!
I had an issue with the delivery and, unfortunately, the shipping company couldn’t do anything to help. However, the store’s customer support was absolutely outstanding. They stepped in right away, handled the situation professionally, and made sure everything was resolved.
In the end, I received my products, which are excellent quality, and the whole experience turned into a very positive one thanks to their support. They truly care about their customers and went above and beyond. They’ve definitely gained a customer for life!

I fell in love
I fell in love with these unique and pretty slippers from Laines London. I was so excited to wear them.
When the package arrived the box looked tampered with. I ordered two pairs of slippers but only one arrived. The receipt was packed for two items.
Chantelle rectified the problem and provided amazing service.
