Unfortunately Ladbrokes has gone downhill lately. They've removed the maximum allowed stake in the betslip so your stake will keep getting rejected if it's above the maximum and as it doesn't show what the maximum is anymore you have to keep trying again and again and again... Most other bookies have this function and I see it as quite an important one as who can be arsed entering stake after stake after stake until it's accepted? Come on Ladbrokes, pull your finger out. You're flagging behind the cowboy bookies now even.

i placed a football bet in the greenford broadway ladbrookes betting shop, the bet was as follows 3 ten pound bets 2,,5 pound bets as follows ,on the arsenal v wigan match, 10 pounds 2.0 10 pounds 3.0 10pounds 4.0 ,, 5 pounds 5.0 ..5pounds 6.0 i asked the the chap to put the prices down for me off the computer which he did 2.0 6to1 3.0 5to 1 4.0 6to 1 the match ended with arsenal winning 4.0 i went to collect my winnings at 6.1 which should have been 70 pounds , the cashier paid me out 65 pounds , i said why are you paying me out 65 pounds ,,he replied the odds changed in 6 seconds, i said i should be paid out 70 pounds as on my bet slip it showed 6to1 he took this price off the computer in the shop, i argued about to the staff, without the result that what the price he put on the betting slip is the price i should have been paid , not happy i phoned ladbrookes customer care team only to be told the exact details this 6 seconds the price had changed and quoting rule 14,omg this rule . the customer service care team man i spoke to was ,,VISH,, I REPLIED THIS IS DISGUSTING , he then said i should have got the the cashier to circle the bet and initial it , omg how many punters know this, i have worked in retail for 15 years iceland and the coop .as manager when a price says what it is on the shelf that is the price you pay, the cashier might say its the wrong price , but you still get the item at that price no rule pops up . otherwise , the customer is right. im still not happy having to go to all this trouble over 5 pounds , i still insist i should have been paid out the price the cashier put on my betting slip , i shall never enter a ladbrokes betting shop again , i hope punters reading this review ,should the place prices on a betting slip get the cashier to circle the price and initial it , its the only way to stop this pure stupidity. you would think logically , the honoured the bet struck off their computer , this is the last time i will ever place a bet at any of their shops, or on line.

I placed a Scorecast on Terminal and Correct Score came up . It was 4-0 and Goalscorer selection came on when 4-0 Celtic v Dundee Utd.
I have no issues with Betting Firms making money but this was shameful. Firstly the Terminals do not allow a Scorecast its a Bet Builder which J the lady at Customer Services. She insisted that Rule applied in Ts and Cs. Really nothing on the slip or on the machine frontage. For last 2 seasona they have changed Coupons and cannot pick a Scorecast depsite the Odds on the reverse . You can cobble a Wincast. It took over a year to have added to the Machine as a Bet Builder. The fact that J said it was a Non Runner and Void is ludicrous because had score been 5-0 it would not have been voided.
Its the principle where any logic would allow the Bet on Football to be applied fairly. Its not a Horse Race. All the fun of having a few quid watching football and all stacked to make it marginal for small punts. I will be looking at other options now and Ladbrokes lost touch with Customer . Profit without any Customer Experience is for me not a attractive proposal. All surveys get sent and yet basic Rules not user friendly .

They suddenly change my loss limit from £1000 to £125 without my agree. Mranwhile, i contact their customer services but no reply. Actually they want to use another way to cut my account. This is scam

There is no pleasure. There is robbery off the people's in the UK.
When you playing the games from the beginning you’re joined the app giving you few times to win little amount. After in the game the app starts to work funny. Some spin takes longs that normally. Some time stops on the middle of the game saying that reconnecting to server.
Today was playing £800 on small bets and the app just killing without any reward and wasn’t giving any bonus.
Just to confirm: I wasn’t playing to make any big wins. I was expecting to have a good time and was prepared to lose around 40-50 percent. But the casino just made a robbery.
If the gambling commission checked the casino?

Ladbrokes restricted my account but at least they did pay out my winnings so two stars for that.

The site is constantly breaking down. I cashed out, they paid me but sent an email saying they had permanently closed my account due to security reasons. That's just an excuse, i've never had a security issue and they've just paid me, so the question is, Why would you pay a customer with a security issue?. That proves my point about a pathetic excuse to ban me. Awful site in general

edited afew months on, I'ts absolutely exhausting and draining when you just have to keep on depositing to get any action, I feel totally drained as well as skint, 600 hundred a day at one stage isn't enough for them, yes I've had some wins but not a fraction on what they took off me, its awful how they treat loyal customers, they just finally rubbed my nose in it by me winning 1cent on a scratch thing on bingo that I was playing cause that's all I could afford to play with the few cents I have cause they've cleaned me out..

A site riddled with issues. Promos never credit you and you end up having to message them explaining the problem many times. They like to make you jump through hoops deleting history etc when they know the fault is on their end.
A very frustrating site with staff that haven't a clue.
