Just want to give a bit of praise to Ladbrokes as their Safer Gambling Team in Gibralter always seem to understand why I use the gambling tools so much. Rubbish app that glitches , fails to load in , pathetic freebies, doesn’t show up to date scorelines, as for the “ladbucks” 😂😂😂. I placed a bet on Cambridge to be promoted from league 2 which as of 5pm last night happened and they were even presented with the shield for doing so.I went to collect my winnings from my local shop today but have been refused payout until after the play offs- i told them Cambridge are not in the play offs they are promoted but was told by the customer services that their computer system can not settle it for nearly 4 weeks-this is disgusting.Either Ladbrokes like alienating their customers or they are short of money.The bet has won so pay up.This is the last bet i shall have with these lowlifes after 40 years betting with them.I have reported them to The Gambling Commission, the Independent bookmakers arbitration service and the Racing Post as they are with holding a payment for a winning bet for nearly a month-simply dreadful.They have no right to do this and it is unlawful in my opinion.

A friend of mine who goes to Ladbrokes on Milton Street in Nottingham city centre on a regular basis has recently become wheelchair bound. He now has to be taken to Ladbrokes on Milton Street by his friend & family.
During a visit on the 2nd April 2026, my friend wanted me to assist him getting to the toilet.
When we got into the toilet I was shocked at how filthy it was and the smell was so strong of urine it made me feel sick.
It’s hard to believe that a such a large national chain like Ladbrokes could allow their toilets to be in such a disgusting state, considering the money they make out of the punters. Shame on you Ladbrokes!!!!!

I placed a £150 bet on dinoblue at 2/1 (board price) at 12.33 on Friday 13th March in Ladbrokes Barnsley it won I went to collect my winnings on the 14th and was told it was 6/4 on the computer behind the counter they were having technical problems apparently with the board, so I phoned them that afternoon the woman was OK but I didn't get a proper response so I phoned again on the 16th, I had the most unpleasant experience of speaking to Stuart the most arrogant, obnoxious, bully I've ever spoken to or tried to get a word in,before I'd said 3 or 4 he said your not getting 2/1, so in reality it was it's 6/4 take it or leave it. I didn't get to say a quarter of what I wanted to say. I put the phone down feeling violated. I will never go into Ladbrokes again.

Ladbrokes offered a 200 free spin bonus when you deposit and wager £10 when joining. The £10 was deposited and used on an applicable game. I received a message that the 200 spins were ready, however when you click the link it doesn’t work. I’ve spoken to several team members over the past few weeks and spins still aren’t working. I’ve been told this is an issue and unknown when it’ll be sorted. No compensation has been offered and refusing to manually add the 200 spins.
