i am buying from LcDN for years now, for thousands of EUR
I'm collecting 1/6th scale figures and buying from LCDN for years now, using their great customer "binding" tool: "membership - get 10% off of all orders!" :-P and it's a blessing for me in europe (EU), as Hot Toys figures are way more expensive at most other european online retailers, including shipping. I once had a small problem with a quality check issue on Hot Toys side. And the help i got from the support team was immediate and very generous! Lot's of shipping and payment options available at the store, make it even easier. Sure, europe is mostly last with shipments from Hot Toys Hong Kong, but i don't mind. I still can decide to buy a figure without pre-ordering, once it's released in asia and was reviewed on youtube. That's another huge plus for me. So all in all LCDN is my favourite one stop shop for everything Collectibles in europe! The only tiny little gripe i have, is please stop using these little green/white puffy foam stuffs to protect the shipments...it's a pain in the a... to get rid of all that plastic ;-) Otherwise, i can't recommand them enough to any and new customers out there! Merci beaucoup LCDN and keep it up! Buzz ^_^

Preordered four 1/6 scale figures but waited so long for the first one released to arrive 6 months after Asia, USA and UK and some stores in Europe all had the figure in stock and still no sign of my order. So I ended up cancelling my preorders and lost €100+ on deposits because they are SUPER SLOW to get the figures I had preordered in. Won't buy or preorder there ever again.

I always check the new web-pages on trustpilot as there is high risk to be getting scammed on collectable items. LCDN clearly doesn't have much and good reviews really. However I wanted to give it a go as they were the only company that who had the figure I was looking for in UK and EU.
Their web page is not clear. I got very confused after I placed the order, if they had the figure or not. I sent them notes of mails as I got panicked from reviews here as well. They actually responded them all in patiently.
Then.... they shipped my items 8 days later. It is quite late I know, I wasn't happy but I wanted to give them a change as they were the only retailer had the figure I was looking for,
I received items in the same week they shipped, from EU to UK. It was packed very nicely that I was super happy. However one of the figure did have manufacturer quality issue - which isn't something that retailer could know. I am currently in contact with them about the figure, if they can offer a solution , I don't know what I can ask for more really.
I guess, they can still improve webpage not to confuse people and try to do quicker shipment to gain more international customer, however I am not worrying to shop from them again.

The quicker they where was 60h, i ordered spiderman far from home upgraded suit hot toys monday and i'm still waiting for them to send it! When i'm contacting them they say they're doing everything to respect the delay they already broke it by 48h!

Was very excited to find a figure I had been looking for here and placed an order. I was emailed 2 days later and told the item was not in stock and refunded. No problems with the refund just disappointed as they allow you to order and pay for items they don't have.

The items are packed with the greatest care and they communicate very well. Delivery was right on time, packages will be opened on Christmas ;). Thank you for this amazing service!
